What a hidden gem! Everything was delicious. Ordered the oatmeal cherry cookies and they weren’t ready, then had such a pleasant surprise when someone from the restaurant delivered them to my room by hand when they were!! Talk about going the extra mile. The soups changed daily and were phenomenal! The Amish chicken was one of the best prepared chickens I’ve ever had! Cannot recommend enough!

The Benchmark Restaurant was a great place to eat while I stayed for a conference. The morning staff was my absolute favorite set of people. The breakfast buffet was perfect for me. Omelettes made to order. Yum!

Food were okay, they overcooked my steak and took me forever to get someone’s attention. Waiters not looking at our table despite we spent minutes waving at them. I think they were under-staffed in the kitchen as well.

Decent food in a limited menu and that’s a good thing. What they do offer, they do it well. The parmesan truffle fries were a nice surprise, as were the flat iron steak, and variety of sliders. Would go with 5 stars, but they do not offer a list of creative cocktails to complement the meal. If you’d like wine and a decent selection of beers, it’s worth going. We had a party of 5 ranging in age from 15 to 45 and everybody was really happy with their food. It’s a good bet.

Food is great, but like any hotel restaurant, it’s a bit spendy. The physical bar is a little small for a hotel, it would be great if there were more seats, but the service is quick and very friendly.
