The food was Wonderful! The place is on the smaller side, but that sets the atmosphere perfectly! Benancio was so nice and welcoming. Benancio was telling me his recipes are from his mom and you can tell it’s all prepared there and completely homemade and authentic, unlike the larger chain restaurants and that is a great thing to have here in Brunswick. I highly recommend trying it, if you haven’t already! We will definitely be going back!

Amazing food, fresh as you can get. We got the pleasure of meeting Benancio and got to learn the history of how his Mother taught him how to Cook. You really feel like your being invited into a Southwest family home as you get to enjoy the music and taste the freshness of the ingredients. This place should be on your to do list of you are a local or your just visiting Brunswick. Enjoy!

Been coming here since day 1. Bens is our favorite spot to eat when we are out and about. He welcomes us by name when we come in, always has the best attitude and all his employees now are super friendly. The food is amazing and fresh everyday. I recommend the queso if you ever have the chance to eat here, it’s the best!

6 of us were riding the C&O bike trail. It was time to eat and we needed to fix one of the tire rims. We were greeted with enthusiasm and able to order exactly what we wanted. The food is good and we wish the owner and his daughter good luck with this fairly new establishment. If we lived in the area, we would all be regulars.

Friendly, local, home made, family owned.. delicious! It’s a bit like Chipotle, but much much better. I’ve tried both the carnitas and barbacoa and both were very flavorful. They also just renovated, so it looks nice too.

This place is incredible and seems so out of place for a little town like Brunswick. The food is fresh, homemade Southwest. The menu items are very similar to what you find at Chipotle (Barbacoa, carnitas, chicken, pinto beans) but unlike Chipotle this place is actually good. The pinto beans are flavored with delicous bacon. And they have spicy queso sauce. The queso sauce is the boss.
The interior is all new looking and very clean. I’m looking forward to when he is open for full hours after the kitchen renovations are complete.

The owner went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our order, even though it was the end of a busy event day in Brunswick. The food was fresh and tasty. I look forward to their coffee takeout

We are obsessed. The flavors are amazing, everything is super fresh and the owners are wonderful. Great to just swing in and grab a burrito. Green chili stew is also amazing.

When Benancio’s first opened, I had nothing to do that day (student/veteran) and got to talking with the owner.
That man has some excellent business and training practices ready to go. He also reminded me of the best mentor I ever had as a young man. Someone who not only showed me the ropes on how to be an excellent employee, but also how to be a good person who contributed to the betterment of the next generation.
As far as food goes… it’s undoubtably good and it’s his family’s recipies from home.
If you’ve never been, you will not regret going.
If you have been, you know why you should go again.

This was the most authentic Tex-mex food I’ve had in a long time. Super fresh and delicious. Highly recommend. The tortillas tasted amazing, too.
