Portions were satisfying and everything tasted great. Would come back again.
I ordered 2 pho, bún bò huế, and imperial rolls and the total was $84, which already felt overpriced. The customer service made it worse.
The lime wedges they included were tiny, so I asked for extra limes and they gave me a few more. Then I asked for an extra set of the usual pho sides (limes/bean sprouts/mint leaves) because one pho was for my friend and I needed to split the order into two bags. The server said they charge for the toppings and he “already didn’t charge me” for extra limes earlier. As I stood there with the takeout bags and containers of hot soup, he tells me to open the condiment bag and split it myself on the counter. That’s such a weird way to handle a basic takeout request.
Nowhere does it clearly say they charge for extra toppings, and the whole interaction felt rude. Between the price and the nickel-and-diming, I won’t be back.
Casual place. It can get busy but the wait is never long.
Lots of options to choose from and the prices are reasonable.
Noodle soup, rice dishes, appetizers, entrees, etc.,
A good spot to try out. Enjoy.
I always get the rare beef with brisket soup and meatball spring roll. Occasionally I will get the shaking beef or the 5spice chicken and neither option will let you down. The garlic noodles are pretty good, not oily and good flavor of garlic. A place worthy of trying for sure!
