Let me tell yall about this establishment!!! I met Robert the manager and let me tell you this man is sooo welcoming so inviting and me not being from here made my experience so much better!!! Great service and very accommodating for vegan family. They had 3 vegan flavors of ice cream plus vegan sorbet. They let us sample them and even opened a new container of ice cream so he knew there wasn’t any cross contamination. I didn’t ask for it – he just did it. The V strawberry swirl milkshake with oat milk hit the spot. 12 out of 10 for service and flavor here!

Came in today and it was extremely busy, with Robert being the only one working. Despite that, the wait wasn’t long at all. Robert did an amazing job—efficient, professional, and very attentive. Great experience overall.

I’ve never felt more ripped off at an ice cream shop. We ordered two very tiny small cups and one cone (which they said had to be two scoops), and the total came to $30-even after the worker said he gave us a $4 discount. My Half Baked flavor had zero chunks-just plain chocolate and vanilla swirl-and it was freezer burnt on top of that. For what we paid, the quality and portions were unbelievably disappointing. I usually love Ben & Jerry’s, but this location was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth it.
