First time when we ordered, the owner called me after 50 min when we had to pick up the cake and the store was close, they didn’t answered the phone and then he came at the place where we had the party to deliver it and apologized so then I understood but this year we ordered again since my daughter likes only ice cream cake but again nobody was at the store nor picked up the phone so we had to improvise fast with another ice cream store , Carvel . After 2 weeks the owner s wife calls me , “investigating “the situation in a way that she was trying to excuse themselves questioning me if I knocked ? If I’ve been at the front door or the back door … non sense questions with no apologies and even contradicting with me that I never confirmed through the phone since they called from the store and made the confirmation for pick up with a day before and I have an email
Confirmation also …..
They obviously have bad staff and they as owners have lack of knowledge in running they own business since they are not even capable to fix huge mistakes like this of their own
employee’s
Since I tried Carvel s ice cream I can say is above as taste , texture and quality comparing to this place and good customer service , they tried to help out quick and saved my daughters birthday so a big NO to this place since I had 2 bad experiences with them and such a rude attitude from them since they messed it up for the second time
Gave it a few months and today order again – a sundae and it’s literally half. I usually order Haag an Daz and wanted to give this a shot again but now I know why I won’t be returning anymore. Stick to the frozen pints from Publix or something and avoid this place. It’s literally brownie compacted so hard with 1 tiny scoop of ice cream even tho you can choose two flavors.
