I had ice cream from the box at National Harbor Maryland and not only was Ben & Jerry as good and smooth as always, but we received the best service from the most pleasant polite young man named Elijah. Even though the store was right up the street , we returned to the box because we new we’d be served fast and friendly service. Next summer’s trip the box is a must on our stop. Thank you Elijah and Ben & Jerry’s for choosing excellent employee’s for your establishments.

Saturday night i was in the shop , i came for my strawberry cheesecake on a waffle cone I was not disappointed !! They have the best flavor and there employees are very friendly and understanding two young lady took my order they were very sweet smiling all the time and quick talks 10/10

The line was out of the door. The staff was fast and friendly. I have a dairy allergy and they had no problem getting me a fresh pack from the back. Pricey but it’s worth it and safe when it comes to allergies!!!

Ben & Jerry’s is good ice cream, that’s has been established, but this location is doing some major price gouging. You will spend almost $20.00 for ice cream in a waffle cup (they want $5.00 for it). Expect to pay a min. of $10.00 to get a moderate amount of ice cream with no cone or waffle cup. I just refuse to spend the price of a meal for ice cream. No wonder this place is typically empty. Just because the area sees a lot of foot traffic ia no need to do customers like that.
