WE had a craving for dessert after dinner and decided to stop here for a fix. Sampled some flavors and decided on Choc therapy, a berry berry extraordinary sorbet, and coffee buz buz. Very quiet for a Saturday night, had the whole place to ourselves. We all enjoyed ourselves and were satisfied with our picks. Nice after dinner treat.
Okay, berry berry extraordinary is thee yummiest sorbet non dairy dessert I’ve had yet. It made me come back. There aren’t many non chocolate or non nut options, which made me choose Sorbet. I’m glad I did!

Best Ben and Jerry’s location! I live in California, so we don’t have many Ben and Jerry’s out here so I always make sure to stop into the store to get my fix when I’m in town. It just tastes better than the grocery store version! The new manager, Margot, is a breath of fresh air and has excellent customer service. She always stops to chat even though I am sure she is busy. Can’t wait for my next visit!

It’s Ben & Jerry’s; I’m not sure how much one would need to elaborate! The ice cream is obviously amazing, the rustic decor is on brand with their image, and the staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. My kids will often take a little more time than most people to decide what they want, and none of the staff have ever given off a vibe of impatience.

Let me start off by saying the staff is always great, I gave 2 stars because most of the time I go into the place they don’t have basic things, I have been in a few times and ordered a Sunday, they had no whipped cream or hot fudge, not the end of the world but you think that ice cream place would have there’s things. Like I said this is not a one time thing, this has happened a bunch. The staff told me that they didn’t have a manager so their ordering for products has been off. We will probably not go back for a while, we can just go to the store and make what we want at home!!

Never write reviews but decided this was review writing worthy. I would come in here often since coming to our area. Often I see different managers and new employees or employees being “trained” one week, gone the next. I actually stopped coming for awhile at one point due to bad management but when they seemed to finally get a decent manager at the beginning of the year, I had started coming more frequently. She seemed to be a great addition and things were getting better… always had menu items in stock, very clean, organized, better trained employees for the most part and more lively. Unfortunately, that only lasted a couple of months, not sure what happened but since she has left, I’ve had too many unpleasant experiences with the “new manager” Now its full of untrained, inexperienced, miserable manager and crew, its truly a mess. Its not a happy fun experience it once had been and after a recent incident with the “manager”, I will no longer be coming back or bringing my family and friends here as I so often did. Shame on management, employee turnover is too constant and its sad when a good crew leaves and is replaced with miserable, untrained, arrogant, careless employees led by an even worse manager. Some advice for this place, dont fix something that doesnt need fixing and treat good employees better because clearly they are being let go or leaving on their own, causing good customers to go with them. Time for new management and crew again, but you lost many customers when the past crew left.

Went here for the first time last night and it was excellent. Super clean and comfortable. It is expensive, but worth it. I tried the smore’s flavor, and it was some of the best ice cream I have ever had. I’ll be back.
