The girl that was working today 17/ September 2025, at 6:30pm was so nice and kind to me, she made my first experience at a Ben and Jerry’s very good and I plan to come back! She deserves a raise and she’s very sweet and was very quick with making my order, she was also very patient when I asked for a few samples since I’d never been here before!! 10/10

Bought 2 large waffle cones and 2 medium cones Togo. got home to a supposedly 3 scoop ice cream container which was more like a 1/2 scoop, the 2 scoops for the med were like two tablespoons. They did not filled not even half the cones. I seen someone at the store with a medium cone which was filled and looked adequate, that’s what led me to purchase it. Instead of getting home and fulfilling my craving I was met with a bag of disappointment four waffle cones with an ice cream drizzle at a cost of over $30. Highway robbery!!! NEVER AGAIN! Me and my family went into Ben and Jerry’s in Glastonbury a couple Saturdays ago. My son is Lactose intolerance and I heard Ben and Jerry’s offers ice cream for lactose. My son is picky and I did want to share that a scooper by the name of Mickayla helped my son pick a good flavor. She shared she’s lactose intolerant too and she gave him samples of each ice cream to try. It’s rare to find someone who takes there time with customers, especially children. We definitely will be back. Thanks Mickayla and Ben and Jerry’s for offering lactose ice cream.

What a poor experience. Buy an expensive ice cream, receive a small amount, forced to eat it with a small stick. Is the goal of the small stick, to make it take a long time to eat, so that you don’t realize how little ice cream you received. How gullible do you think your customers are?
