Went for the factory visit and had such a fun time. The ice cream of the day was sweet cream and cookie dough (my fave). Unfortunately the ice cream graveyard was closed due to the snow. Will definitely come back when it’s warmer.

Loved their merchandise. Got myself a t-shirt to remember this trip. Highly recommend for all ages!

This was an absolute must see when we decided to visit Vermont. And it did not disappoint in any way shape or form. There is plenty of parking on site tour takes about 45 minutes to an hour depending on if there are a lot of questions in the group. They do have an elevator available for those with mobility issues as the tour begins by climbing a flight of stairs and then watching a short video. The elevator is available both up and down for those who prefer to use. There was a sample provided, of which we were told the flavor changes regularly. They were very accommodating to nut and dairy allergies as well as any other sensitivities. At the conclusion of the tour, you are right next to the gift shop, which has a nice selection of items. there’s also a playground available as well as the flavor graveyard, which is definitely worth walking through

It’s absolutely wonderful even in winter! Ben & Jerry’s covered in snow is such a beautiful sight. Since it’s the off-season, it was easy to make a reservation, too. Both the indoor and outdoor areas are so nicely decorated that your photos will come out great no matter where you take them. The souvenirs were all so cute—I had a hard time stopping myself from buying everything.
The only tiny disappointment was that we couldn’t visit the Ice Cream Graveyard because it was winter.
Still, it’s a fantastic place to visit any time of the year. Highly recommend!

Took the Ben & Jerry factory tour with kids.
It was cold so we could not explore the outdoor park, but it was great inside. Very kid friendly.
The tour guide did a good job , which everyone enjoyed. The tour includes an ice cream tasting step, which was nice.
There is a ice cream shop outside if one craves for more.

Definitely recommend it.

Our tour visited the Ben & Jerry’s factory at Waterbury, VT. It has a nice gift shop, and ice cream station and picnic tables to relax and enjoy your ice cream. There were also some cute selfie spots for pictures. The 30-minute tour included a short movie on the history of the company, then a sampling while the group viewed the actual process line (no photos or videos allowed during this part of the tour). I was impressed by the description of the sanitary steps the company takes to avoid contamination from one flavor batch to the next. Then a final sampling in the final gathering room during a talk about the various flavors produced. I hadn’t realized how active and supportive Ben and Jerry have been in the community. A

We had a fun time with the 15-min tour (6 dollars per person and you have to book in advance)! The decorations inside the shop are cute. We didn’t buy in the store or the icecream shop, but it’s good to know that they don’t ask for tips in the shop. Very fun activity for families with kids or a school field trip.

We actually had a very good experience here. We didn’t have to pre-register for the (overpriced for what it was) tour and our tour only had 6 people on it so it was very personal. It didn’t hurt that our tour guide was clever and engaging. The next tour was much more full and their guide not so great.

The tour has been well-described in other reviews so I won’t go into it.

Gift shop = way overpriced. Way, way overpriced. You can buy ice cream there but it, too, is overpriced. Rather get it from a grocery store.

I enjoyed the clever signs in the flavor graveyard.

We had an amazing time visiting the Ben & Jerry’s Factory. My favorite part of the tour was trying Marshmellow sky. It was tasty. Hope I get to purchase it in stores in the future. Our tour guide was amazing and knowledgeable as well.
