What delicious ice cream. So many good flavors, you can’t just get one. The employees were very kind, even though I unknowingly stopped by right before they were closing early for an incoming storm, they let me stay to finish my ice cream while they started closing up shop. Also, the VW Bus booth is awesome

This is such a nice B&J store in Church Street Marketplace. It has a small iconic B&J van to sit and dine. There’s also plenty of cute chairs and tables in the front side of the store. They also have some wonderful merchandise at the store like B&J ice cream scoops, bamboo spoons, t-shirts, water bottles, hats and frisbees.
At the counter they have soooo many flavors. They have the cups and cones. They also sell pints as well. There’s also sundae and shakes. They got non dairy products as well. There’s also a whole of toppings including sprinkles, gummy bears, m&m, oreos and walnuts.
We got the chocolate flavor for kids cup. It came with two scoops. The price was comparable to any other B&J store I have been to. Ice cream was so delicious. It was milky and didn’t have the frozen texture. The associates were inattentive, but they did their job.

The ice cream was so creamy and mouthwatering, making u to want more and more. U should also try the waffle cone, really fresh and crunchy. The cone and the ice cream made a perfect blend. I ordered the small scoop (got 2 flavors which were New York Super Fudge Chunk and Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz) and cone waffle for $9.20. It was worth it.
The shop was clean, and I really loved the decoration and the minivan inside the store. The staffs were kind and friendly. There were restrooms and water tap. Cozy place to hang out and enjoy the dairy product at its finest.

I love there ice cream I love there store my kids enjoy the seat inside the van when we eat there. Ben and Jerry’s is just a special treat it doesn’t matter if it 5 below its always yes to ice cream. They have the most amazing smell that hits your nose the moment u walk in. Also anytime I have a special occasion we order an ice-cream cake. They r so good that we have order them just because. Love the servers. everyone must go in atleast once.

The ice-cream did not taste, and there are many creemee shops around. There was a large irritating poster which reads from inside and outside in large letters “We must dismantle white supremacy”. Vermont has about 95% “whites”. There were no alternative posters the like of “We must dismantle X supremacy” in other parts of the worlds where X (e.g. skin color, religion, etc) has the majority.

Classic Ben and Jerry’s. So much better to have it in person than out of a container, respectfully. Got a mango cone in a cup. It was excellent and the staff was quick and friendly.

It’s been a while since I’ve visited a Ben & Jerry’s shop, and this experience in downtown Vermont reminded me just how special it is. The staff was fantastic—especially the young lady who helped me. She was so friendly, patient, and let me sample several flavors until I found the ones I loved.
I ended up getting two pints: their unique chocolate and a cookie dough flavor that had a twist compared to the usual ones. I also tried the mango flavor, which was absolutely amazing—refreshing and full of flavor. Honestly, I was almost full just from tasting, but the ice cream was too good to pass up.
The atmosphere was perfect too. Sitting outside in the heart of downtown Vermont with my ice cream was such a great experience. It’s not every day you come across a Ben & Jerry’s shop anymore, so I really appreciated being able to visit. I’m already planning to go back tomorrow to enjoy more flavors!

Can’t go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s in the heart of Burlington, Vermont! It’s just a classic combo! The ice cream is so good! So many flavors to choose from and combos of flavors, types of cones, etc. I personally get overwhelmed really easily in ordering lines (there’s always a line here!) and I feel rushed when I get to the counter to order. It isn’t clear who I’m supposed to order with – it feels scrambled and confusing. I see some little wooden taste-testers but no one is trying the flavors so I never ask to, either. Though that would be really nice! The pressure from the line behind me forbids me of asking questions and I end up quickly just picking something that feels right in my gut. It is never WRONG, of course, because Ben & Jerry’s!

A well decorated Ben & Jerry’s that has a very welcoming vibe. A huge amount of available flavours, different cones, and a selection of ice cream cakes as well. I’ve been to plenty of B&J storefronts over the years, but this one takes the cake for sure.
