I was out of town and visited this location at about 9:50pm on 2/7/26 and me and my 2 girls were greeted by 2 females with the most friendliest , warm and welcoming greeting! On top of that, they were hilarious in their engagement with us. Their energy was contagious! I don’t think I’ve had so much fun getting ice cream! The topping of the ice cream was that they did a song and dance for us! They are the epitome of top tier customer service and they need some kind of recognition Ben & Jerry’s! If you ever go to this Ben & Jerry’s location and run into them, ask them how do you get the complimentary song and dance!

We stopped in for a late-night treat and arrived 12 minutes before closing, expecting a welcoming experience. Instead, we were met with no greeting and obvious dagger stares from the two employees, who clearly seemed annoyed that we came in at all.
They had already cleaned up for the night and reluctantly removed the covers from the ice cream cases, rushing us through our order with an unwelcoming attitude. The entire interaction felt cold and rude, which is disappointing for a brand known for being fun and friendly.
If customers aren’t welcome near closing time, it would be better to lock the doors early.
Very disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

I visited Ben & Jerry’s the very first time and have to admit it’s pretty darn good. Before going there, I had to visit the website and to go over the ice cream flavors. After carefully studying the menu, I decided on Berry Berry Extraordinary (Sorbet) and Chocolate Therapy in a waffle cup. Excellent ice cream for a fair price. I will try going back again before leaving the area but I can already tell that I’ll be missing it very much after returning to Texas.

Tried this Ben & Jerry’s for the first time on Free Cone Day. The line looked intimidating (though not as bad as the Boston locations) but moved pretty quickly; the total wait time was 10-15 minutes from the end of the sidewalk. The workers were friendly and efficient. I tried the Coconut Seven Layer Bar and also got to taste my friend’s Strawberry Cheesecake. I liked the texture and taste of the Strawberry Cheesecake more. The coconut in the other one was not strong enough (not bad overall, but I wouldn’t get it again). I really wanted to try the mango as well but alas next time. Don’t know if the waffle cones are made in-house, but they tasted average.
This branch is located in a plaza with a bunch of other stores, so there is a free parking lot, but it is a bit of a nightmare to get into and out of when crowded. There are tables outside for you to sit, or you can sit on the stairs to the side, as a lot of people were doing (just be mindful as to not block the way).

Got their chocolate dipped waffle cup from their case (which was super foggy & had condensation on the inside) & the waffle was so chewy I had a hard time eating it. It also tasted a little funky & stale. The chocolate had a funny texture too. Their Ice cream was good though.

I absolutely adore this place! The atmosphere is so clean and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. And the ice cream? It’s simply the best! I really appreciate the care they put into everything.

They mess up my online order every single time. With GrubHub. With seamless. With Uber eats. I just paid $25 for a Sundae that wasn’t very big. All of the extras I got should not have fit in the cup and should have been on the side. And most the extras I ordered on the side did not show up at all. Total rip off. This was the last straw. No more Ben & Jerry’s in Braintree.
