Standard Ben and Jerry’s and flavors. Staff was quick and nice. The only comment would be that the bathroom door was a little tricky for a few ladies ahead of us, but we had no issue.

Unsurprisingly the ice cream is great here, and the selection of flavors is much larger than what we see in our grocery stores and has some nondairy flavors. The store setup is accessible and cute, and there are picnic tables outside under shade so great for families. We went when it wasn’t crowded and definitely enjoyed. But all that said, it’s way overpriced. Had it not felt like tourist attraction prices I’d have given 5 stars.

Cran-pineapple sorbet smoothie was delicious. Definitely recommend especially on a warm day. My daughter had the mint chocolate chunk ice cream with chocolate dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. She’s an ice cream lover – she gave it 2 thumbs up. #familyday! Go treat your kids ❤️

We booked Ben & Jerry’s Pittsfield for our wedding in the Hudson Valley, NY in August 2022. They were incredible to work with and so communicative throughout! It was so fun to have ice cream for our guests during the cocktail hour, and much needed on the hottest weekend (in my memory anyway) in the valley. Would highly recommend their scoop party catering for your celebration or event!

We had a last minute emergency and needed a birthday cake fast…. I called Ben and Jerry’s Pittsfield location and spoke to a nice gentleman named Alex who took my order and had a cake ready to go within 2 hours complete with Happy Birthday greetings written all over it!
