This little gem is open Tuesday through Saturday for breakfast and lunch and weekend evenings in the summer. I generally go for the breakfast, but lunch is great too. Great food, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. I’m there at least once a week and often buy myself a homemade baked treat at checkout. I highly recommend.

I went to go have a nice lunch with my family, as i go to sit down to read the menu a cockroach comes climbing up from underneath the table. I didn’t initially say anything until i heard from behind me the cooks saying they “have no roaches it must’ve came from them..” who in their right minds thinks that’s okay to say about a customer.. especially when it came from YOUR dinner… The waitress was amazing but terrible service from the cook..

When your greeted with, “Good Morning, Loves” you know these folks are genuine. The food was great. They absolutely stuffed my 3 egg omelet with bacon and sausage. The biscuits are moist and tasty, not to mention huge. The grits with butter were great as well. If you walk out hungry, it’s your own fault. We will definitely be back for some southern hospitality and some of the best home cooking around. I wish I could give them 10 Stars. Just go, you won’t regret it.
We went back 3 days later for some Biscuits and gravy. they have the biggest and best biscuits I have ever had. The sausage gravy was fantastic. We will be back ……soon!!!!

What an amazing find. The veggie omelet was amazing. The homemade toast with apparently homemade blackberry jelly was fantastic.
I parked my truck in front of the depot. Waitress says trucks park there all the time. Apparently, the no truck parking isn’t enforced. I sure hope not as I’d like to visit again.

The food is pretty good, I think their cheese curds are pretty good. I just had a grilled ham and cheese, it want anything spectacular but was well cooked and the proportions were good. The staff is very friendly, it has a small town vibe to it like everyone knows you, even if it’s your first time. Well go back again.

I heard they had the best fried chicken in Tennessee so when I was passing through I stopped and not only was it delicious, but the portion was huge. I bought a loaf of homemade bread and it was excellent! Nice people. Say hi to Nick (Nicole) for me!!!
