Middle of the range atmosphere, but kitchen equipment was loud making us talk louder to hear each other. The portion size on the gnocchi was small given the price, the carbonara was curdled. When we complained they tried claiming it was a carbonara, reluctantly didn’t charge us for it when we took it back up to the counter and made a point of it, the ceaser salad took an hour to come out meaning the rest of the table had already eaten, and one of our group didn’t have his meal come out at all, the waitress said it was going to be 1 more minute and still didn’t come after 20 minutes. The staff are unsympathetic and unhelpful and as we were leaving overheard the staff behind the counter saying they hope we never come back. We won’t be going back again, extremely disappointing experience.

Warm, inviting, friendly staff. Food presented well and packed with deliciousness. Best way to describe Belvedere is the celebration of local flavors held together by a singular appreciation of high-quality, seasonal ingredients, presented in elegant simplicity.
Atmosphere consistently busy and pleasant. Can see why they do so well.

We visited Griffith in early Jan so a lot of restaurants were closed. Happy that this one was open as we really enjoyed our meal. Service was attentive and helpful. We had a couple of jumbo pizzas, salad and chips which was plenty for the 5 of us. Good that they do half half pizzas too so we could try a wider range. Kids had Margherita and Hawaiian, adults had a couple of the veggie pizza toppings. Thin and crispy style with not too much toppings and cheese, which is how we prefer our pizzas. Big servings and reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend this place although I know there are many other pizza options in the area which we have not tried.

This place came highly recommended by a former local so I couldn’t miss the chance to try Maria’s risotto. Magnifico! My friend wasn’t very hungry and chose the chicken Caesar salad. Both delicious. We’ll be back! Went straight back to the motel and told our neighbours about the place. They were going online to check out the menu.

We had bruschetta, pizza and spaghetti. The pizza lacked any seasoning, even though it was a special prosciutto pizza, very boring taste. The spaghetti was completely oversalted and oily. The only good thing was the bruschetta. The atmosphere was very noisy and the tables outside were very run down. Only one napkin for three courses is very stingy. No mini fan to keep the flies away from the food.

Best Italian and experience in town. So welcoming, the hostess was amazing, made us feel at home and have a good laugh. Can not flaw this place. Will be back for sure.

Enjoyed a great experience trying the home made gnochhi pasta. Service staff is welcoming and the service times are realistic. Pastas are really worth a try; hot coffee was really good too.

Belvedere is my favourite place for authentic italian food in town! I don’t eat out much because i prefer takeaway and you guessed it Belvedere is my absolute go to, the food here is amazing every time! Delivery is always super quick and the food is so tasty i have ordered/eaten too many times to count and never once had a bad experience or meal. Highly recommend if you want great italian food!
