Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious – it far exceeded our high expectations! The coffee was similarly fantastic! A shout-out to the staff: the barista is excellent and the folks behind the counter could not have been nicer! The kitchen staff must be excellent, as everything is homemade and the food was perfect! The farmhouse is so inviting and comfortable. It has a beautiful stone fireplace and lots of cozy seating. The front porch is complete with comfy rockers and even blankets to ward off any chill. It’s like the vacation home in the mountains you’ve always dreamed about! No stone is unturned with the attention to detail Belties has put into its cafe and barn!

I was super impressed with this lil place! The food and coffee were delicious, the cows were adorable, and the atmosphere was the CUTEST. They have tiny rooms built into the walls throughout the restaurant. Super clean and everyone was above and beyond friendly. Do yourself a favor and visit this place!!

Beautiful place to grab some breakfast on the go or go inside and relax a bit. The inside is clean and cozy. The drive thru (not open on the weekends) is unique in you get to drive through a barn. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is on the expensive side but tasty. The coffee i was disappointed in for the price as well. TBC is still the best in the area. All in all it was not a bad experience, it’s more country club than farm house, but the menu covers a lot and everything I have had was tasty. Go and give them a try!

Absolutely one of the BEST coffee shops we’ve visited in a long time — and honestly, it feels like a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and уют (cozy vibe) of the space. The atmosphere is incredibly inviting — fireplace, beautiful interior, relaxing energy — the kind of place where you want to stay longer and slow down.

The coffee is truly exceptional. Perfectly balanced, rich flavor, and beautifully made drinks with stunning latte art. You can tell they really care about quality here. It honestly feels like a New York–level coffee experience, but with a much warmer and more relaxed atmosphere.

The food was amazing as well — fresh, delicious, and perfect for breakfast. The waffles were fantastic, everything tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. This is not just a place to grab coffee — it’s a full breakfast experience.

One thing that really stood out was how family-friendly this place is. They have children’s books, which made our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a coffee shop that feels stylish and high-quality while also welcoming for families.

And the staff — SUPER friendly, kind, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel that they love what they do, and that energy makes a huge difference. Service like this makes you want to come back again and again.

Overall, this coffee shop is a perfect combination of incredible coffee, delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and outstanding service. Easily one of the best breakfast spots we’ve been to — truly a New York level experience in every way. Highly, highly recommend!

10/10. The place to stop for breakfast. Everything is laid out well. There’s cows and livestock in the barn. The coffee shop is clean and cleverly laid out. Service is FAST. And to top it off there’s little mouse houses built into the walls. If you look closely you can find a couple of them.

I had the Oatmilk latte and my husband had a cappuccino and the Nelson sandwich. Would definitely come here again!

We are so impressed by Belties! It felt like we couldn’t go anywhere on 151 without hearing how good it was. Once we finally got to try it ourselves, it definitely lived up to the hype. The atmosphere, speed of service, food and drinks are top notch! We’ve loved the biscuit based menu items we’ve tried and the other stuff too! Easily one of the best breakfast places we’ve ever lived near – if only it was just a bit closer. Absolutely worth the 30-35 minute drive though!

A new place in Nellysford – it opened in June 2025 – Beautiful, spacious and at the same time cozy. The personnel is very nice! And the owners are very relaxed and open to conversations with the customers. The cows (belties) are wonderful and each got a distinct personality. I wish them all the success!

I’ll only review what we ordered and give an overview of our experience start to finish.
First, it was a 10am Monday visit and the place was packed with no inside tables available and about a 20/30 minute in-line wait time, that we decided to do since everyone is talking about this place.
Our order was placed and we managed to find a seat by the time we were ready to sit.

We ordered “The Nelson” which is their take on a chicken biscuit. Tea. Coffee. And a Hen House with a side of grits and bacon.
The good: The bacon was nice and crispy and the biscuits themselves were very light and flaky (and large!). The coffee was also hot and flavorful.
The bad: The chicken was nothing to write home about. Just your standard Sysco or US Foods grade patty. The grits were instant and flavorless at best. The atmosphere is chaotic and makes you feel rushed and tense.
The overall: First, it’s not cheap at all and if I’m paying gourmet food prices I don’t expect a mediocre biscuit. It’s really the only place in the area to get the sort of sit-down country breakfast feel they are advertising but after managing the wait time and the noise and the mediocre food, it’s not worth another visit for us!
It’s probably living off the tourists from the local resort and seems to be quite the spot, even on a Monday!

First visit and a truly excellent experience from start to finish. Lots/lots of choices on the menu (we wanted one of everything) but the counter folks were kind/patient with our indecision.

The food was delivered quickly and the lattes were strong and so good We order lattes at different coffee shops every weekend and Belties’ are top-5 for sure.

Every staff member seemed happy and welcoming (genuine care for the patrons). After the first few bites, we were already discussing the next visit! Thank goodness we’re only 25mins away.

The best place to eat breakfast. Fluffy biscuits, amazing pastries, delicious coffee. They also have a really good tomato bisque and the chicken biscut pot pie is so good. Amazing porch to sit on and enjoy the mountain view and the community.
