This is the best grilled chicken burger I’ve ever had. I ordered the strip burger with pineapple. Unlike a regular chicken burger, the chicken in the strip burger is marinated in soy sauce before being grilled, so it’s incredibly tender and juicy. Every time I come to Byron Bay, I make sure to come back for it.

Ok this has to be a joke my friend and I were laughing so much that this was the only chicken in her ‘grilled chicken burger’. It was a few mm thick and not even grilled chicken. It was also $19. Giving 2 stars because the chips were delicious.

Maybe a new owner? They changed a lot. this one was the best chicken burger shop but not anymore. The potion size is way smaller compared with the past 7 years. I wont be back anymore. So disappointed.

The burgers and the chips are gold medal worthy with the beef burger having a melt in your mouth experience and the chips having a perfectly thin crisp with the softest, warmest potato in the centre. The owner was also nice enough to offer us free homemade sauces which were also fabulous paired with the hot chips! Amazing service and amazing food! Will definitely be going back!

Gone down hill in a huge way since new owners took over, me and all my local mates used to love and support this joint regularly, but no longer… unfriendly and unskilled service, Food has changed, bread no longer any good, their classic chilli sauce gone and replaced with a poor substitute, prices Thorough the roof, chicken tasted burnt and staff rude and seem more inftrested in hanging out by their zooped up cars in a huddle than anything else….

I’ve been coming to this burger place since it was just up an alley way, today I had it and was really disappointed (maybe it’s new owners) The bread has changed, the chilli tastes different and the portion size on a chicken burger is so much less.
They still have the old photos of what a Double looked like and it was massive. I remember the chilli tasting so hot and different. I understand inflation but geez that’s crazy expensive now and for less. I’d suggest taking down the old photos of the burgers, as it’s a sad reminder of something that didn’t need to be changed.
