Ordered the seafood rice and oxtail with 3 sides, as it stated on the menu. Well that was not the case. I received one piece of plantain, idk y they call it seafood rice bcs there was nothing in it. The rice was hard as hell n the oxtail had NO flavor. I bought some goat meat at a restaurant, went home put some water in the rice and stuff it. Put some meat sauce on the rice then it was edible. I paid $28 for a $20 plate of bad food. Bad service.Smh

It’s honestly shameful what they do. I’ve been there on 3 occasions because I live near by. First of all I paid three different prices for ordering the same thing. This last time I paid 13$ for 2 pieces of chicken with rice and steamed cabbage. It seems excessive and it is especially when you begin to talk about the quality of the food. The chicken is extremely dry. In fact it is hard as a rock. The image of the chicken here I stopped eating to write this review because it was too hard. They have this set up where the chicken has to have been made at like 11am and just lays there all day or something. Why did I not stop the first time I had this experience and go the other two times. I like to give people the benefit out the doubt, but I can say unequivocally this food is of very low quality. They basically extort you. save your money!

This place does not live up the name “Bellyful”” So I placed an order for a family size curry goat, a family size oxtail, snapper and a kids meal. They person who took my order was very courteous which i like, the portion size however is a different story. The meal size for four seem like it was supposed to me a taste tester for my 6 yr old child, the curry goat has so much bones that after we picked out the bones it wasn’t enough to be a large order of curry. The fish was broken because they didn’t not put it in a proper container. It was a horrible experience, when i called the restaurant it conveniently happened that i place the order wrong. what happened to the customer being right, wasn’t it her responsibility to advise me that I need to add more to the order as a first time customer. Then she passed me on to the manager when basically said that all they can do is add the missing item to my order and they redeliver. when they delivery guy showed up they side orders that was redelivered was smaller than the first set of side order delivers.
My take on this experience, even if they were offering me free food for life I wouldn’t accept because first impression last. given the covid-19 pandemic and with us trying to support local businesses, this could have been handled differently. The Manager has a nasty attitude, the high prices to small portion sizes is the perfect example of “HOW TO LEGALLY ROB” your customers.

The oxtail got no seasoning no taste and also small little sizes the rice was ok the steam veggie was a no the Mac & cheese Just taste nasty i spend at least $60+ not worth it for two oxtail and drink , definitely wouldn’t recommend

We used Belly Full Restaurant to cater part of our Christmas meal (this was our first time ordering from them). We ordered rice and peas, oxtail, jerk chicken, whiting, and snapper. Everything tasted delicious! The only problem is that we forgot to take pics because we were too busy eating lol. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
