This is the best AYCE Korean BBQ in Seattle. The option A is $35.99/person, your options include beef brisket, beef belly, pork belly, beef bulgogi, shrimp, mussels, squid, and more. My favorite is the beef belly. The Salad bar has other amazing appetizers like fried chicken wings, soups, noodles, egg rolls and desserts including soft serve ice cream. Service is impeccable, there’s a tablet that’s easy for you to ring in your order as well.

First things first, parking . We got there as they opened and snagged a spot under the building. 17 spots, all filled by the time we left.

Tables were filled in order rather than spreading guests out. Guess that makes sense when you are constantly serving them. The waiting area had snacks and sweet tea.

We did option A. May try B next time. B had some premium cuts that A didn’t. Tablets at the table allowed you to select the option and the meats etc for each round. Limited to 5 items per order, plus any appetizers. The appetizers were so so. There was a wait of 10 minutes between orders.

There is a bar area with veggies like oyster mushrooms, zucchini, lettuce, onions and peppers, plus soups, rice, sauces and appetizers like spring rolls. Also the ever present soft serve ice cream.

The soup option was comparable to options in a hot pot. Took a little longer since it had to be prepared but was excellent. The tempura was missed in the second round.

Moving onto the meats. The kalbi beef and the beef rib cuts were the best. The rib cuts were a mixture of regular beef and wagyu. The kalbi order comes with just one slice each time. The lamb cuts and bulgogi were good but tended to get stuck to the grill. The waiters were good about swapping out grills frequently though . The thin cut meats tended to be greasy. The dry dip for the meats was spicy and flavorful. The quick and mussels were not great but could also be because I wasn’t sure how long to cook them. The food was salty as expected. Make sure to hydrate throughout and after the meal.

The 4 tops were perfect for 2 but would have been tight for 4 since the food would have slowed down considerably.

Overall an enjoyable experience and reasonably priced meal.

Amazing BBQ experience! The wagyu beef was incredibly delicious and the restaurant is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Ordering through the table tablet was super convenient, and our server Winter! gave fantastic recommendations. Thanks to her, I enjoyed the best wagyu! The side dishes were also great, especially the radish and kimchi. I’ll definitely come back again!

Went to a Korean BBQ spot and really enjoyed it! The food was delicious everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The salad bar was also solid and had enough variety. Service was great, and considering it’s all-you-can-eat, the price was very reasonable. We paid around $80 total for two people including tip, and it even covered dessert like ice cream. Definitely worth it , would happily go back!

Probably the least enjoyable KBBQ experience I have had. Limited sides that came way after the meat. Too long of a gap in between orders. Whenever we asked how long for our order we got asked “did you already order it” couple of times like yes we already did long time ago actually. Pork belly is usually the best thing about KBBQ for me but the pork belly here was not good. Only couple of things were enjoyable. If you have had good KBBQ before this place will be disappointing. Plus side the waitress was great and the taro balls were good.

Loved my AYCE BBQ experience at Bellwether! They offer a generous selection of meats and sides, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable. This place is great value for money and perfect for dining with a large group.

Here’s how it works:
Pick your protein
Order your drinks ($1 refills!)
Grab your sides from the salad bar
Enjoy a fantastic time!

I love this place! ! I had never eaten at a place like this so I am SO grateful to Winter, who helped me out so much! She helped me place my order, and gently guided me through the whole experience, and what an incredible experience it was! So much variety and delicious food! The sour soup was like a party in my mouth. My only regret is that I just can’t eat that much so I only ordered once, but with a two hour table limit, I’m guessing folks can order quite a bit! Tender wagu, flavorful shrimp, so many condiments, loved the house chili salt. Will be back if I ever come back that way!

Order most items from the tablet. Max 5 meats at a time. They have chicken wings, spring rolls, noodles, vegetables, sauces, fruits, cakes, and ice cream self service. The food tasted good. However, the service is slow and not attentive. Also, there’s no barrier between the booths in the middle aisle so we had to sit very close to a very loud and obnoxious group.

Great Korean BBQ! Everything was super tasty. They have good promotions, and you can earn points during your visit to redeem in the future for a free all-you-can-eat meal.

Affordable ayce bbq ( $4 off per person on a weekday). The menu here is quite simple and short. It doesn’t feel like a typical Korean BBQ experience.

There were Chinese buffet quality desserts and appetizers available (french fries, egg rolls).

The short rib with bones was decent. The Mongolian style beef was quite onion heavy and flavor was meh. Bulgogi was ok. I got the thin pork belly, the thick one would been a better choice. The tiger shrimp was not bad wish it had the shell removed.

The vent system is good ( part of the grill). I didn’t smell oily after eating here!

We didn’t 1/4 plate of meat and were not charged. We were allowed 4 items per a round and we had 2 people.

We got seated right away for a weekday dinner. Since this is CID, if possible take the link but there is street parking.
