Just sat in for lunch. I had the Guava Margarita and the Chicken Ceasar Salad. This was on a Monday at noon. Not too busy. The atmosphere was nice. Good clean area. Benjamin was my server and he did a fantastic job at service. He noticed me right away. Came to the table right away for the drink order. Prepared my drink in classy bar tender way. The salad was delivered beautifully. The chicken was a bit salty but eatable. Lettuce was crisp and dressing was delicious. The Margarita was delicious as well. Stop in for lunch before take-off. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m sure this place is good but I wouldn’t know because we were treated so badly by the bartender we ended up leaving. We sat down quietly, only to have the bartender rush over to us and say “if you aren’t ordering anything you need to get out” very aggressively followed by “I’m the only one here” when I sat in shock looking at her trying to figure out what the problem was. I said we will order something and tried to say we weren’t being mean to her so I hope she wouldn’t be to us, and she aggressively cut me off saying “if you think I’m being mean, you can LEAVE” before storming away. I get a menu, look over it, and she came over again to rudely say “you’re in a closed area so you need to move before you order anything”. I genuinely am in shock at how she treated us. I understand people get overwhelmed and I’m sorry she was the only person working, but there was NO excuse for how she treated us. The guy next to us said he had the same issues with her as we were picking up our stuff up to leave. The worst service I’ve ever recieved or seen.

The food is disgusting and overpriced. I ordered a fried chicken club sandwich and fries. The chicken was processed meat. The quality was worse than you’d receive at a fast food restaurant but it costs $18 here. They charged an additional $3.49 to sub for fries that looked like they were cooked in old grease. Ten minutes after eating this food, I was running to the bathroom to get it out of my system. I will never eat here again.

Dined here this afternoon after my flight was delayed. Got a Smashburger that was really good and had two Bells Oktoberfest beers which were really good,
Bill was almost 50 with a tip, i know, it’s a restaurant in an airport but still…
My server/bartender was Rebecca and she was really great.
So overall a really good experience.

I sat at the bar to just be quick. The bartender was very nice. She let me split items up between 2 bills easily. I asked for a suggestion of 2 items of the bacon burger and the Dearborn dog and she went for the dog. I was leaning that way anyways but I commend that because it was $5 less and not a higher priced tip-hunting response. It felt honest. I also got the pretzels which were too hot to touch when then came out which means PERFECT and were great I. The beer cheese. All served on disposable plates and utensils

Maybe the best airport food we’ve had! No pics, but we got the seasonal brat and the chicken tenders. Were they overpriced? Yes, but it’s an airport and to be expected. Food came out hot, the fries were crunchy and well-salted. Service was good and had the Lions on. Came through on a Sunday around 5pm.

Unfortunately not a great experience. Gentleman that was waiting on us was extremely rude and impatient. Not really sure why, I guess everyone has bad days. We were flying out on a Monday night. The hours listed were “open until 7pm”. I asked our very rude bar staff when they closed, and he informed me that it “varies, night to night”. I did not receive my $18 meal correctly (ordered fries, not chips),but I didn’t complain as this seemed like a waste of time. I can understand getting an order wrong, but being rude is completely unnecessary. I was nothing but polite and courteous. I guess my expectations are too high for this type of establishment. I would not recommend this place for anyone. Also no gluten free options in the airport restaurants at GRR.

I had the chicken nachos. They were stale and cold. My son’s cheeseburger was burnt. Both were terrible. My other son had the chicken wings. They were all right. The service was bad. Asked one server to get our bill because our server was missing. She said no one ran off. Our server was behind the bar. She said it was packed. It was not. The kitchen was backed up.
