HUUUGGEEE PORTIONS!! The pasta bowl is enough for 4 people! I was not expecting that. The wraps are the biggest wraps I’ve ever had. Everything fresh and delicious!

THIS PLACE IS NOT SANITARY AT ALL!!! I placed a pick up order from this location on 03/04/2025. The food look and tasted great but I unfortunately felt sick after eating it and wound up throwing up and did not feel better until I threw up all the food. That happened because Belinis Counter was not CLEANED or SANITIZED. Disgusted and disappointed with store, it was my favorite place, I’ve only gotten sick form this location, the workers are not keeping the place clean or sanitized. WASH UOUR HANDS BEFORE SERVING FOOD AND USE GLOVES. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION. RATE: 0/20 TERRIBLE.

Every time I come in, I am always greeted with the biggest smile from Megan and Kayla. I never know what to order, and they are always very informative and helpful on the items they offer. I always order what they tell/recommend to me and it is beyond delicious. I look forward to seeing them when I come back , and trying something new. Their energy is always so welcoming , and I have never had an issue with them. These ladies are the best!

We walked in 15 min to close. The server put the pasta in the bowl and then proceeded to touch his hat with his gloves on, took the hat off, shook his head over the counter where the bowl was, and put his hat back on. He adjusted his gloves and was about to put the sauce in the bowl when we decided to walk out. We were so grossed out. Completely appalled at the lack of awareness and sanitation. We eat here all the time, but now I don’t know if we can go back.

I love getting my salad here, but the last two times I have gone to this location (6 months apart), I have been disappointed with my order. I order online because I’m usually passing through the area. My protein of choice is chicken cutlets, and sometimes I order extra. Today, and the last time I ordered, I found grilled chicken in my salad, making me completely insane. I did not order grilled chicken AT ALL. Why then am I finding it in my food??? I do not like grilled chicken and it ruins the taste of my salad. Also, I had ordered my dressing ON THE SIDE, because I had a 30+ minute drive back to my house. The dressing was not on the side, it was on the salad. I had also ordered extra dressing, which was not included and I had to go back inside to get it. I would have had them completely remake my order when I noticed the dressing was not on the side, but I had to get back from my lunch by a certain time. I did not know there was grilled chicken in my salad until I drove 30 minutes back to my house. I am extremely frustrated with the New Scotland Ave, Albany location for screwing up my last two orders. I would give them two stars, but I love my CORRECT salad bowl enough to give them three.

I had linguini w grilled chicken, sausage, and 3 of the cheeses ( I really like cheese), and it was delicious! I’ve been back 2 more times now but same bowl! Their order to pick up was really fast and accurate, literally no complaints! I’m also really picky about sauce and the marinara was pretty good! Not the best but add a little salt and pepper and some grated Parmesan and I enjoyed it!! The cannoli chips were fun take on a canoli n tasty!!!!
