The restaurant may look elegant, but the service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Despite having a reservation and the restaurant being mostly empty, we were seated in a busy walkway. When I politely requested a corner table because we were with a baby, the staff member responded with arrogance and an unacceptable attitude, as if we were asking for a favor. We were told no tables were available, yet the moment we decided to leave, a corner table suddenly became available.
To make matters worse, we ordered a pizza that arrived undercooked from the bottom. When we politely asked for it to be cooked properly, it was returned burnt from the top instead. When I questioned this, the response was careless and dismissive, delivered with the same rude tone.
This behavior is far from fine dining. Good food and décor mean nothing without basic respect, professionalism, and proper customer service. Very disappointing experience.

I visited this place with a friend and we both really enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent – we had two portions of spaghetti with shrimps and they were perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
The service was another highlight of the evening. A big thank you to Aleks, who was friendly, attentive and made us feel truly welcome.
At first, the place seemed a bit noisy when we entered, but surprisingly, once we sat down, the atmosphere was very comfortable. We could talk easily without any disturbances .

Delicious food and wonderful experience. Reservations are recommended even for weekday nights. Servers were multilingual and I could hear them change up for each table as necessary. The meal started with an amuse-bouche and just got better from there. I got the entrecôte and was delighted! Every bite better than the last. I recommend their house wines, made locally and their delicious take on tiramisu. Service was wonderful. A fantastic night last night in Luzern!

The staff member handling the seating was not friendly or welcoming, which was disappointing. That said, the rest of the staff we interacted with were professional, polite, and welcoming.

All items arrived at the same time, which took away from the flow of the meal. The appetizer was supposed to be served with homemade focaccia; however, since we requested gluten-free bread, we were surprised to receive bread that was pre-packaged and reheated rather than fresh.
Overall, the food was below average and did not justify the high prices. Given the initial promise of the amuse-bouche and the restaurant’s pricing, the experience was disappointing.

Wonderful food, warm and professional welcome and service and a cozy atmosphere to enjoy our meal. The staff who served us, Nemo and Ahmed, even spontaneously offered us a limoncello and a alcohol free home-made drink to celebrate our future little baby. If you are around, you should definitely taste Bellini’s food and atmosphere!

Service, atmosphere, and especially the food was amazing! Antonio recommended perfect wine and food selections. Salad, risotto, pork, duck, deserts all perfectly prepared, with great flavor profiles! Highly recommend this gem of Luzern.
