Unfortunately, in my 30+ years of living in New Jersey, this was the worst bagel I’ve ever had. Without a doubt, this was a supermarket / mass produced bagel. It comes nowhere close to a New York-style bagel. It is especially insulting to even have the word “bagel” in the restaurant name. Came here for the first time with low expectations and departed with no hope left.

I called to place an order and the lady who answered the phone was so rude!! Not only that but she didn’t know the menu. When i ordered an item she just said “i don’t know what that is” like hello you work there ?? Pull up a menu if you don’t know what it is?? Shouldn’t be my job to teach an employee the menu of their own workplace. Wouldn’t recommend, this place needs better employees with customer service skills.
