I am pretty speechless. Don’t try to eat here as a party of five. I am not a big fan of Belleria although they makes excellent food. I came here with a family member who goes here frequently and has been a lifeling fan. She wanted to take me and her great grandkids out for lunch. We walked in at 2:05 PM. The blond girl who greeted us was super sweet and did her job well. So we had a party of 5. I worked in restaurants for years and completely understand how annoying it is to put two four-tops together for a group of five because fire code says you cannot put a chair on the end of a table.
It would seem the back area that had tables to fit us had just filled up. She was in the process of taking our name till she could put two tables together for us. Then some sassy server with an attitude told her no and that we would have to wait awhile til a table in the back was available. I heard her say she “wasn’t putting two tables together for one extra person.”
It was after 2:00 PM. Lunch rush was over we were not likely to be taking the only remaining four-tops for our fifth person. We were told it would be 45 minutes. We left.
I will certainly never return and when my kids want to go have lunch with their great grandmother, we can go elsewhere. I was never a fan of Belleria and I will probably never visit any location again. I get that it sucks. But we also work in restaurants and tip really well. As much as it sucks, I have sucked it up and taken care of inconvenient tables many many times. Our server at Tangiers made $20 off our table instead.

Came in around 6 pm with a 6 top they were closing at 7 they sat us were very nice to us we got our food fast. They were out of bread because they were closing at 7 and we were okay with it but the manager went the extra mile and had the kitchen throw bread in anyway. 10/10 very pleased.

I love the Briar Hill pizza- it’s one of the best in town, and is a great price compared to other local pizza places. The staff is exceptionally friendly with great service. I have dined in and ordered carry out several times, I’ve only ever had great experiences as a customer. The menu has many different choices and is well-priced. It’s a good place to bring the whole family, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. I recommend Belleria Struthers for tasty food, excellent service, and a nostalgic pizza parlor atmosphere!

Great place. This is a family friendly Italian restaurant. My wife had the eggplant parmesan. I had a taste and it does not disappoint. Really good. I had the chicken Alfredo. It was good. The chicken was Really good. Seasoned just right. The Alfredo was… Good. I like my Alfredo sauce a little more …. Alfredo. (More parm. Maybe more salt). But it is decent. We also had the appetizer Hot Pepper Plater. Really, really good.

For an Italian eatery this place was pretty good. Not great but not bad either. The food was hot and fresh and the wait staff was excellent. I got cavatelli and meatballs and it was swimming in sauce. The meatballs were sort of bland but still quite good to eat. If I were to come back here I would ask for half the amount of sauce. The bread they provide is good it’s fresh and hot coming from the oven. The house salad dressing was kind of odd I feel like it is a craft based Italian and then they put some kind of artificial bacon bits in it. So it’s kind of a strange taste. It’s not that it’s unedible it’s just odd. The one great thing about this place is the fact that the food is very well priced. You won’t leave hungry and it won’t completely obliterate your wallet.

I live out of state and LOVE Belleria pizza and make an effort to order take out every time I’m in town. We came to dine in for my 30th birthday with local family and the food and service was so bad. Our whole party’s food was cold. The pasta sauce was not good and bland based on local family’s opinion. The waitress barely came to our table where we had to start asking other people to get things for us or to get her. When we told the waitress our food cold, she said okay and walked away. When we told the manager about our experience he said “yea sorry” and helped the next customer. We had a group of 12 and we all had something wrong with our food. Honestly so disappointed with our dine in experience and service. Probably wont dine in again. I’ll stick to my take out

Always a positive dinning experience. The food is simply amazing, a wide variety to choose from. I’ve never had a bad lunch or dinner, ever. I’ve never had to wait to a table or booth. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. All meals are moderately priced as well as generous portions.

I always eat there several times a week. I have let things go but tonight was the last straw. I ordered chicken Parmesan And asked that they drained my spaghetti because it’s always comes with a lot of liquid. Well it came with the liquid. I said nothing and I spooned it out into the soup bowl, which was the small bowl and I got half a cup of water so I put extra cheese and I mixed the sauce up. Well, the spaghetti was not hot so I asked them to just heat up the spaghetti when they returned it to me, they had drowned it with extra sauce. It was way too much sauce. You couldn’t see any food for the sauce that they threw on top so I asked the girl if they could give me more spaghetti because all the sauce she said no they would have to charge me so I told her I wasn’t gonna eat it because it was nothing but sauce I mean it had to be 2 cups of sauce if not more so the manager or the guy that was on duty came over and apologize. He said he could even see how they over loaded it with sauce. He asked me if I wanted a dessert , no I don’t want dessert. I had not ate then he asked me if I wanted the soda to go. I said no, but he charged me for a cup of soup and my soda. I’m a little aggravated because here I am hungry and have to go home and figure out what I’m gonna eat.So between tipping the girl I’m paying it cost me over eight dollars and here I haven’t ate. It’s a little Aggravating that I’m paying for something I didn’t eat and I’m still hungry. I just wanna go and have a good hot meal and not be charged for Something that I’m not eating. On Friday we had their fish dinners which was absolutely delicious. On Saturday I had the chicken and greens on top of penne and a salad and my husband had a pepperoni pizza both were wonderful.
