Weirdest pepperoni and cheese pizza ordered ever met. Barely any pepperoni and little sauce underneath the Extra Heavy mozzarella cheese that was thicker than the crust. Everyone was hungry after picking up order and we kept it. Hope they improve but never ordering from this location again.

If Ryan isn’t working the dinner will be horrible and missing parts. We are constantly overcharged for items we dont get. Our buffalo chicken salad had no chicken in it.

Ordered spaghetti twice got half order and same salad spaghetti is cheap just ordered half sheet pizza it was burnt why would you ever send to a customer that way the one in struthers is great have never had problems always full meals never half . I won’t buy anything their again poor

I got ranch from here to enjoy some barbecue wings I got and I opened the ranch and notice there was a little black thing and I look closer and I saw it was a dead gnat or some fly thing in my ranch and I was so disgusted I really want a refund

Man, I’ve heard this place has been going down. Hill, but I did not think it was this bad. If it wasn’t for the food still being somewhat good, I would have gave this one star. I ordered a salad for my lunch. I’m a delivery driver so I can eat as I work. But when I go to pick up my salad and drive away and go to eat, I noticed there’s no silverware…. for my salad. So I called back not even to complain, just to let them know. Hey, you guys didn’t give me silver. Ware, how am I supposed to eat a salad? And one of the girls had the audacity to say, well, we don’t give that out unless you ask? I have to tell you guys to give silverware with food that you can’t eat with hands?? And like didn’t even apologize, either, just dated that fact. Are you guys really hurting that bad that you can’t give out plastic silverware? That is not a good sign

Seems new and improved! It had been a while since our last visit. The young man working drove through was clean cut, polite, & professional. The food was excellent and the prices are affordable. Thanks for being a quick and convenient place to pick up dinner in Poland!

This is my absolute favorite Belleria based on service. They have the best staff of all pizza shops in the Mahoning Valley. The Staff at this location has been outstanding for years, over numerous visits. Whoever hires and trains the staff here does an amazing job.

Ordered a pizza at 8:35, not realizing they closed at 9. The Man working was super nice, even though the order was at closing. and the pizza did not disappoint, absolutely delicious.
