Excellent food! Atmosphere was pretty bland for lunch. Not very lively. Service was not the fastest but they were very nice. Deserts also looked tremendous. I think if they invited a little more energy and got some excitable people working here this place would be 5 star all day. Kudos to the chef for sure.

We had our future daughter in laws bridal shower at Belle Vie. The private room in the back was cozy and just what we were looking for The service, the presentation of the food was not only beautiful but delicious. The owner was so friendly and so accommodating. She even set up Spotify play list through their system. If you looking for a fabulous place… go here! You won’t be disappointed. We love this place❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for making our event so special!

Today we had lunch and it was absolutely phenomenal. I started with an espresso and then tried their muscles and french fry lunch combo. Definitely had mussels and french fries before, but never together. It was a great combo. The food was delicious. Service was great and the owners that were incredibly warm and inviting. And now I just remembered I was supposed to pick up some dessert to go. I guess I’ll have to stop by again.

My wife and I had breakfast at Belle Vie Bistro this morning, and I would give it a solid 4.5 or higher, especially when compared to other places that serve breakfast. Our server, Hannah, was extremely attentive and responsive. The food came out of the kitchen amazingly fast, and was very good. I am a critic of Eggs Benedict, which I love to make at home, and theirs was very solid. I think their Hollandaise was made in-house, whereas many places use a mix. And they bothered to toast the English muffins, which so many places simply neglect (which is a crime.) I think using a more flavorful type of ham would be my only suggestion (Black Forest vs. Canadian Bacon). My wife’s Crepe Parisien was huge and delicious. Their breakfast potatoes are very well seasoned so that the ketchup I usually want with them was not necessary. I’m not a big fan of the Segafredo coffee, but to each his own. The ambience is nice and clean, but could feel “cozier”. They’ve added some softer lamps, but I feel like their recessed lights are a little cold and harsh. The music was on point for brunch. The place is EXTREMELY clean, which eclipses most breakfast places. Their pastries are magnificent. They have all your breakfast favorites, plus a lot of items you won’t find everywhere, like the crepes and quiches. One of the best things about it is there is no line. You can walk right in and be seated at 10AM on a Sunday. So don’t tell anyone. This is our secret. Belle Vie is a great place for breakfast.

We started the day with a brunch, on our wedding anniversary at this restaurant. What a gem of a place! I’ve been to the South of France, not Paris. It felt like the minute we stepped into the bistro, we were transported to France! The staff was friendly, the food delicious, it was charming and romantic. A good-feeling place. Even though it was a brunch, I ordered French onion soup with a light, flaky puff pastry! Delicious ! My husband order pancakes and bacon. The coffee and capacinno were very good too. The photo is the bakery goods and the other photo is the mural on the wall. All worth the trip from Colorado! Ha, well ok, we were in Texas for the holidays. I think if you live in proximity of Belle Vie Bistro, y’all should make plans to venture to this place. The surrounding area is very nice too with a small town feel in this historic location. Less expensive than going all the way to France! 10 stars!

Had lunch here today and the service was top notch. They have the best chai latte. We all enjoyed our lunch and deserts. We will return to try something new. I really liked the dressing on the salad.

Whether you’re looking for a casual meal, cozy coffee & dessert, or a full dinner experience, Belle Vie seems to have it all! Our server was friendly & attentive, and seemed to appear just when we wished them to throughout the meal. I had originally planned to simply get a latte and a dessert, but after browsing the lunch menu I couldn’t resist. The French Onion Soup was so comforting and just full of deep, complex umami flavor. Paired with the BLT, it was a great contrast of fresh against savory! The Normandy French Toast balanced its flavors beautifully. The Cream Cheese Mousse was velvety and added a creamy component to perfectly offset the sweet, yet tart berries. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch followed by beautifully crafted lattes and decadent desserts. I will absolutely be back to try more! If I had to voice one drawback, it would be the noise level from the many patrons. This is not the restaurant’s fault, of course, but the space could greatly benefit from some sound absorbing decor, plants, or other items to reduce the ambient noise.

Erik and I had the pleasure of hosting our biweekly local networking event at Belle Vie Bistro, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We had a great turnout, and the space worked perfectly for our group—easy parking and quick, well-organized service made everything seamless.

I tried the chicken panini and really enjoyed it. The quality of the food, the attentiveness of the staff, and the welcoming atmosphere all stood out.

A big thank-you to the Belle Vie Bistro team for helping make our event a success. We’re already looking forward to hosting another lunch here and stopping by again soon. Highly recommend!

Our first time here for Sunday brunch and we were not disappointed. We started off with the beignets which were delicious. I had the Normandy French toast topped with cream cheese mousse and mixed berries. So good. The breakfast potatoes are very crispy which is the way I like them. Definitely will be coming back.

My husband and I are suckers for good pastries, more specifically almond croissants. When we came in this morning right as they opened their display case was half empty. We politely asked if they had any almond croissants, the server told us that they only had two left and it would be a 15 minute wait. We happily obliged. In total we got 9 pastries and two lattes. As we left I dug into the almond croissant because it was warm and was severely underwhelmed. It tasted like it was frozen and thawed, either stored with the ham or was defrosting with some ham because thats all it tasted like. My husband decided to dig into the cream cheese Danish, as we picked it up it was rock solid, disappointed I grabbed the other pastries to find them just as hard. My husband bared a taste as we were hungry just getting off work and it was unsafe to eat, thats how stale it was. The coffee tasted either like the machine hadnt been cleaned or the oatmilk was old, either way that was disappointing as well. We spent 61.69 and cant eat or drink a single thing. I dont recommend at all.
