Laid-back eatery with a vintage vibe plating spaghetti Bolognese & other Italian staples.

Eating here for the first time reminded me of an experience in Little Italy in New York City, from the food to the vibes of the restaurant.
It was a Friday night and the place was packed. There was a guy (maybe an owner, maybe a manager) pumping Italian music throughout the restaurant, singing along and encouraging his guests to sing along. This included getting everyone in the restaurant to sing happy birthday to one of the guests. It was fun! He even broadcast videos of everyone singing live on Instagram.
The food took a long time to arrive, about an hour in fact. They were busy and short staffed and once we ate the food, it proved to be well worth the wait. The meatballs were some of the best I’ve ever had, the sauce was delicious, and I could tell it was all made from scratch!
We loved it so much we came back a couple weeks later, but on a Thursday. It was much less busy and the food arrived much quicker, but we enjoyed the Friday night experience a little more. Would still be happy to eat here ANY night though.

This is an authentic Italian Sicilian place, very traditional. The food is just amazing. The shrimp pesto with artichokes is not something I have seen in other Italian restaurants, it was very rich and creamy – super delicious. We also got the eggplant parmesan which was great as well. The risotto balls are crunchy on the outside and cheesy and soft on the inside. It is a must try! And their meatballs are also very good. The only thing that was disappointing was the side salad. Gosh. They served a week old greens that were pretty much gone bad so we didn’t touch them. And they do not seem to have AC only ceiling fans so we were sweating as we ate our delicious meals. We didn’t mind it much but the workers were probably hot running around. This place is packed! If you don’t make reservations you won’t get in even a party of 2 at 6 pm, unless you are ok eating at the bar. And we went on Monday.

We went here with a couple of friends that are familiar with the area. They asked us what type of food we were in the mood for, and the wife is always in the mood for Italian. We arrived and were promptly greeted at the door & asked if we had reservations, which we did not. We were told no problem and seated quickly anyway.
The food was good, everyone was happy with their selections. I had veal parmigiana & the wife had shrimp scampi. Our server was thoughtful and asked us if we would like two separate checks, which we did. It made things much easier on us as two separate couples – so thank you for that.
As a matter of fact, the staff was friendly. There was even a gentleman singing in Italian while we dined, which provided a unique experience without being hokey. We have had dinner in many Italian restaurants and this place ranks up there with the best of them.
Bella’s is beautiful… We had a lovely time there.

Very popular place! Server could not find my reservation but when I said I’d sit or even at the “bar”, he went to the basement and brought me up a stool! I was seated and wined in a trice! Great food, great singing (!). It’s a neighborhood favorite, so atmosphere is boisterous…fun and communal! Will return!

Debated on rating. Atmosphere is really great and friendly. They sing songs for birthday and anniversary. Food tasted great. The issue was that the side pasta was a little cold. Steak was ordered medium and came out medium rare. That is actually better than over cook, but still not what ordered. So, taste was really worth it, but overall result was just a little off. I would definitely give 5 otherwise. Staff was also very friendly.

Was here with a large group. They did a great job of serving us with the number of people. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great. All around a great time and great experience. We will definitely be back. I had the rib eye and the wife had the chicken Parm which was amazing.

I came here for dinner with my wife while we stay in Geneva/Seneca Lake for a mini honeymoon. This place is excellent! The service is top notch, and the owner (?) sings Italian songs. We got an order of arancini for an appetizer, she got the chicken parm, and I got the shrimp fra diavolo. All of was outstanding. The fra diavolo was loaded with large shrimp and the sauce had a great heat to it. Best fra diavolo I’ve ever had. On top of the service and food, the prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend Bella’s enough!

First time visiting this establishment. Outstanding Food. The marinara sauce is to die for. Appetizeres were Fantastic , soup was decent, and the main course was Great. Especially good coffee and cheese cake for dessert.
Very homey and friendly atmosphere. All the staff were Amazing. A special thank you to Tomas and a big to our server Katie. We had a later reservation and you could tell the place had been packed all evening! Katie provided outstanding serve . ****would highly recommend making a reservation as the wait time could be an hour without one. And in this COVID restrictive time, the wait is outside!!! ***** Will definitely be returning soon.
