This is a photo of the chicken quesadillas we ordered firstly, it was just thrown into a pizza box. Secondly it was beef not chicken. Thirdly – full of lettuce and tomatoes and no cheese .WTH Bella’s , how can you send this crap out. Sub par food and service

I order the chicken francese lunch, the chicken parm lunch, and cheesecake. Couple special instructions like no tomatoes as I’m allergic. I got a smashed chicken francese, sauce all over everything. No cheesecake at all. And a few fresh tomatoes in the food for good luck i really wanted the cheesecake…. I still have it a 4 star as i don’t want to hurt the business but wrote this more to inform the consumer to be wary of delivery. I ordered through a 3rd party app but the restaurant has its own delivery people and it would seem the food had a seat on the floor the way this order showed up….and no one double checked before it left obviously either

Bella’s wedges are not only a good price but it tastes delicious! My favorite thing to get is their Alfredo Pizza Square! It tastes spinach and artichoke pizza to the next level! It’s definitely my favorite place for it! It’s a must try!

It’s a disappointment I personally would never recommend this place to anyone this was one of my regular go-to spots particularly for gluten-free pizza i tend to order via the slice app due to some negligence on their part they weren’t updating the app each step of the way as it has been done many times before after some time I decided to call only to find out the pizza is sitting on my porch In the rain delivery driver called but didn’t speak legible English I had to call him back to figure out why he was calling me after some time he gets out he’s from bella and why he would have called me was for Bella’s not that he was delivering my pizza or had delivered it keep in mind I’m sitting in my living room watching the game no doorbell rang he just dropped it and left and never updated the app that the delivery was complete tldr I called the person who answered the phone is very rude and ultimately I’m cutting my ties with this business I would advise you all to do the same this place is trash

Unfortunately, the first and the last time I will be eating this food …the worst Italian food I’ve ever had. Tasteless! no seasoning , nothing! the chicken soup was tasteless too! The soup was like water with some noodles thrown in it! Horrible ! I know restaurants are cutting back because of the economy, but this is ridiculous! My opinion ofcourse ….they will never get my business again. Sorry guys! I’m from the Bronx…I grew up eating great Italian food ! The only good experience I had was the guy who delivered the food, very friendly and pleasant.

I had delivery from Bella’s Pizza & Pasta yesterday as a last option dinner. It came after an hour (2 personal pies, 2 small pies) and it was really not what I was expecting for a standard pizza place.
The margarita pizza had slices of square cheese placed on the pizza dough and slices of tomatoes throughout. The cheese had bubbles as I opened the box. The meat lovers pie had so much oil seeping through the box and the regular pies were barely salvageable to eat. For $10+ personal pizza pies you could be getting better at dominos…
Mid pizzas at best to say the least…

We ordered a 24 inch pizza and it was great. This last Christmas we ordered some pasta and it was delicious. They were all just so nice and this is our new favorite pizza spot. Fast good old fashioned service.
