Tried their alfredo, creamy marinara, and strawberry tres leches. It was $65 before tip, so definitely on the pricey side. The pasta came in huge portions however, at least enough for 2 meals in each container. The sauce was thick and both had great flavor! The cake was fine, didn’t wow us but it was a decent dessert. We’ll probably pass on that next time, but all in all it was nice comfort food.

I love the chicken and/or shrimp alfredo with veggies and hot cheeto crumbs! & Also, they have the BEST tres leches cake I’ve EVER had!
They are the sweetest, and service is always amazing. I live in Victorville and drive all the way to Van Buren just for them

I’ve been following Bella Mia’s instagram page for a while and I finally got to try their pasta!
The woman taking my order was extremely helpful, she gave me a detailed overview of the menu and ultimately helped me choose which pasta to try first!
The noodles were cooked to perfection. The Alfredo sauce was smooth and creamy. The chicken was so soft, crispy and juicy all at the same time. The hot honey on the chicken really added an immense flavor I can’t describe. The chicken came apart easily as I cut into each piece. Definitely had a spicy kick to it which you can make it spicier if you’d prefer.
The portion size is shareable!
I can’t say enough good things about this pasta truck. I’m in shock these kind of flavors come out such a small space! Thank you Bella Mia’s crew, I will be back!

Best pasta & desserts! The alfredo sauce is the best I’ve ever had. The tres leches cake is also the best I’ve had around this area. Everything is delicious and made fresh. Portions are huge! Fast & friendly service.

This is the best alfredo sauce I have tasted so far. The flavor is very rich and creamy. While it is pricey, the generous portions can easily be shared. One plate can be split for 2-3 people. I don’t mind that it is a food truck on the lot of a gas station, but maybe one day they will be able to have an indoor place!
