If you want your pizza with a bunch of toppings carelessly dumped on and THEY DON’T EVEN BOTHER TO CUT INTO SLICES, this is your place right here! We wanted to get some great pizza on Mother’s Day and this is what they gave us. We got the combo. We’re from out of town, but we usually pack some plastic silverware with us to take to the hotel, so thankfully we were able to cut it with a plastic butter knife. It was easy in fact, because the amount of grease made the crust soggy enough to cut right through. We also ordered the cheese sticks with their stick sauce and they didn’t include the sauce. The restaurant didn’t seem that busy when we came to pick up our food, so not sure what went wrong. Such a disappointment.

Great spot to order some pizza take out from on the westside. It’s best to order ahead as they get pretty busy. If you do not want a whole pizza, they also have pizza by the slices. The pizzas here have always been consistent. For this order, we tried some different pizza topping combinations. I do really like their garlic cream sauce base

I ordered a pizza for delivery from the Tigard location that is about a 4 minute drive from my home. It has taken two hours. I called around the 1 hour 30min mark and was just offered an apology and told it would be about another 20 minutes. 2 hours for a pizza is kind of ridiculous. With so many other options near by having to wait two hours and not offered anything besides a shallow apology is an interesting approach.

The pizza is loaded with lots of toppings and great flavor.
My kids love the cheesy breadsticks and the cinnamon sticks as well.

Good pizza at reasonable prices and they deliver. I have ordered here many times, both take out and delivery, and I have always been happy. Plenty of fresh toppings and good cheese. The breadsticks are delicious. I wish I was eating a Jalalujah pizza from here right now.

Don’t bother pre-ordering on the app. It is a joke. They just say we were busy if you call (after waiting 15 minutes on the phone to check on a very late order) to check in on your order when it is super late. No accommodations, rude person on the phone. Good pizza, but clearly not managed well. Also the salad was disgusting that just arrived, wilted.

I placed an order for NIMBUS LOCATION through the Bellagio’s Pizza app and got the same error message each of the five times I tried: “Error -1 q4h cannot be cast to com.b.bellagiospizza…” Turns out my card was actually charged all five times. When I called, I was told the charges might drop off that day—or possibly sit on my card for 2–3 days—but that I’d eventually be refunded. That alone is frustrating, but what made it worse was the complete lack of customer care.
There was no offer of compensation, no reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent this happening to someone else (who might not have $437.50 available to be tied up potentially for days). I don’t fault the manager I spoke with Ian—he did make an effort to get something approved for customer care—but it was clear the decision came from above him, and the answer was no. For a mistake of this scale, I would have expected at least some gesture of goodwill.
Instead, I was left questioning whether the customer experience matters to them. Quality pizza, but sub-quality customer care and consideration FROM THE OWNER themself.
(I gave the manager a printout of the error that I received from the app in hopes that they could get it resolved so that this doesn’t happen to someone who God forbid uses a debit card and has over $400 tied up for potentially two to three days.)
