Honestly, this place deserves zero stars.They got terrible customer service skills.They don’t seem to care about a customer’s order. I have never ate here but from handling a customer’s order. The customer placed their order at 5 PM. And it was supposed to be ready at 5:45 PM I got here at about 5:40 PM. And it still wasn’t ready. They didn’t seem to care about the customer’s order. Now just understand if someone shrugs and attitude like that, you don’t want them to be making your food if they’re not gonna make your food with love. Don’t waste your money here. Their garbage, they should all be shut down!!! Take your heart earn money somewhere else

Overall pretty good little spot I highly recommend the garlic sauce base atmosphere I would say looks like they’re probably in a lot of training however it was pretty interesting watching them go through the paces of building the pizza. There were lots of doordash and Uber drivers waiting for pizzas so that could be something you might want to avoid by calling it in it does look like they did do some deliveries of their own. We got the butcher block with creamy garlic sauce as you can see in the photo and the pepperoni with extra cheese it did feel and taste a little like Costco pizza but was still really good. They do have some pretty interesting daily deals that I would look online and check over. Cheese bread is a flat cheese bread type it was decent.

Quoting over an hour for delivery when I live less than 3 blocks away gave me hesitation, but I figured that would be an ‘at the maximum’ kind of estimation. It was not. I placed my order at 5:20pm. Around 6:50, I decided to call them. I was told it would be at least another 15min.
I asked to cancel my order. I was meet with am incredulous tone, really you can’t wait 15 more minutes.
No. I cannot. You’ve already lost my business and any right to my money. I went and got food up the street and was back home in about 10 minutes. It literally takes less than two minutes to drive to your location from my house. Here I was, working on my own tasks and thinking getting delivery was a good idea…
It’s not. Not if you actually want your food to show up in anything resembling a reasonable timeframe. I won’t be making the same mistake in the future. This is far from the first time I’ve had issues, but this just makes me angry… it’s not a mistake in prep, or a wrong or missing item, it’s them saying we have your money so we can take as long as we want and you’ll just deal with it because you want to eat. Bellagios, you have lost my business forever.

I watched them drop all 3 of my pizzas at the same time. Why are you even carrying 3 pizzas at once? Honestly impressive how bad it was. They offered to remake them which would have taken 2 hours in total. Better off going anywhere else

Not made for dine in but there are tables and plenty of parking. Here’s the thing though, this is the VERY best pizza I have ever ordered delivery, carry out or in store, hands down! The sauce is sublime and I like extra but that’s me. The employees are okay, but they seem like a group used to delivering and I have to knock it down a bit for not being as friendly and inviting in person. The pizza is AAA+, and the staff are about a B-. Regardless, this is the best pizza around, by far!

This is my first review. And leaving one for a not great reason. Front counter girl was super not friendly. Called to check on the status of an order (that was from over an hour ago) and she answered with, “we aren’t taking an orders!” And hung up on me before I could even say hello.
Went in instead of calling and she again was hella stressed and said the order was canceled. The other people working stayed quiet and seemed embarrassed. DO NOT SEEK THE TREASURE. It’s not there. Last I want to say thank you to DIGIORNO Pizza for pulling through yet again.

After being a loyal customer for 4+ years, no more! Countless times of my pizza not being correct or fully cooked, then the last 2 times I ordered delivery the driver forgot my pink lemonade. Tonight the salad I recieved also was not edible, & had gross slimy vegetables. I called & spoke to the manager, who said he’d show the driver how to properly make a salad & send him back out with a new one. Not 5 minutes later the driver shows up with a drink, not the right drink either & no salad which leads me to believe he just went to 7-11 & bought a drink so he wouldn’t get in trouble. We’ll see if my salad ever shows up.

Was good, now failing poorly with little regard for its customers. We ordered pizza from here several times in the past before the pandemic and it was always good and hot and fresh however over the last two years things have taken a steady decline and this last order signifies our last order..
They clearly forgot a couple ingredients and instead of starting over or at least admitting their mistake when I called the manager got quite indignant and doubled down saying that it is their policy to include cold raw fresh tomatoes on after the pizza is done I mean can you imagine the audacity- LOL -no apology, no refunds, nothing to offer just attitude. Goodbye Bellagio’s.
