Ordered from this location a couple months ago and got a pizza that was bland, no flavor, dry, and didn’t taste like a $35 dollar pizza, tasted more like a $15 dollar one. Oh well, I didn’t really care since I thought it was a one off, a fluke, especially after I’ve had consistently good Bellagios pizzas at other locations.(Wood Village)
I was so wrong. Today I decided to give this Wilsonville location a shot, expecting a good pizza. Again…dry, flavorless, toppings weren’t cooked through(artichoke esp)
This location needs to learn from other bellagios. I personally won’t be spending anymore money here..I don’t believe in 3rd time a charm. Maybe switch staff around? Might be a manager “convincing” his/her employees that his/her way is better?

The pizza is good, a nice switch up from our standard favs. Be forewarned though, if you order online the estimated wait time is not correct. You will want to add at least 30-45 additional minutes before your order will be ready for pick up. Every single time we order from there we end up sitting in the store…or in our car…waiting.

pizzas are decent, prices were a bit high for what you got, and the working staff were friendly. poor rating because whatever manager in charge that afternoon absolutely berated her staff the whole time we were there. i hope the staff quits on her tbh

This is the third time I ordered pizza and it wasn’t ready when the web site said it would be. Also, the staff yelled and cursed at each other while I waited for the order. The pizza usually tastes ok, but this time the box was so full of grease that it spilled onto our car seat. I often write positive reviews when they are warranted, but because I have had more than one issue with this restaurant, I thought others should know.

Ordered pizzas which were good. But the gluten free cinna sticks came burned to a crisp as pictured and the frosting was tossed on top in the packaging it came in. Tried to take a bite and couldn’t even break off a piece. Will be getting a refund.

Its fine if you have time to kill. The first time we ordered, they just put the order in the oven when we got there to pick it up. We thought it was a fluke. 2nd time, the pickup time was about half hour according to the website. My husband left 40 minutes later and again, the pizza is just getting put in when he gets there. I understand being busy, but pizzas do not take long at all and 40 minutes for subpar carry out pizza is insane.
