TL;DR: The pizza is great when they get the order right, but double-check before you leave.
I’ve ordered twice in the past two weeks (once through Uber Eats and once on their app), and both times my order was made wrong. They consistently forget to make the pizza gluten-free and dairy-free, even though I pay extra for it due to family food intolerances.
Both times, it wasn’t worth going back to wait another 30 minutes for a remake.
The pizza is good when it’s made correctly, just be sure to check your order before leaving. The place seems to be run mostly by teenagers, so mistakes happen.

Just had a very disappointing experience, which is a bummer as we really like the pizza. Our online order got mixed up and we received a pizza we didn’t order. When we called the store the manager told us we needed to pay for another pizza. After a longer conversation he decided to do the right thing and send us the right pizza (but the delivery driver would be retrieving the wrong pizza and taking it back ) and he told us it would be 30 minutes. We live 1 minute from the store. It’s been over 2 hours and we still haven’t received our pizza. I’m afraid they’ve lost our future business. TERRIBLE customer service, such a bummer.

I’m an Uber delivery driver. One of the salads on an online order popped open spilling all over the ground. Why? Because they didn’t properly seal the container. They rushed closing it. I barely touched the container and made it to my car before the lid popped opened. management refused to replace it. Be careful. They’re extremely terrible in practice. It was a small salad. A cereal salad. Only thing in ur was leaf and crutons. Not even a big one. It costs maybe 3-5 dollars in ingredients. I’m actually flabbergasted. I’ve been driving for literally years. I can promise you, Bellagios is the ONLY restaurant I’ve ever seen in ALL of Oregon that refuses to make a customer order right due to fault of an accident. It’s very, very strange.

Terrible service. Ordered a pizza and drinks. Waited forever and the pizza never came out. Finally asked about it and inexplicably they never put the order in. They put the order in (again), and never asked if we wanted to order another round of drinks or god forbid comp us a drink since the pizza took nearly 90 minutes to get. Never again.

I ordered pizza for my family on Super Bowl Sunday. There are four people in my house, plus a very loud dog. The delivery driver left the pizza on our front doorstep without notifying us. By the time we found it, the pizza was cold—it had clearly been sitting there for over 20 minutes.
When we called the store, they claimed the driver rang the doorbell four times and knocked. However, there’s no way that happened because our dog would have barked immediately, as it always does when someone is at the door. The store refused to take responsibility, saying they were “backing up their driver.” This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I usually love pizza from Bellagios
Not this time my order was supposed to be ready by 6:26 pm and then I got here they told me my order not gonna be ready for another 40 minutes.
Plus stuff here don’t use gloves, they touch dough and all ingredients by bear hands and then touch register and other surfaces plus I saw a guy whipping his nose and then going back to make pizza like it’s not a big deal. Wash your hands after you touch register and other things before you go back to make pizza!!!
Owners and management should care about this things ASAP

Ordered gluten-free pizza for pickup and in the notes specified the order was for a person with celiac disease, so to leave off the requested salad dressing if it wasn’t GF. Not yet realizing they were working on our order, I watched the person use the same pizza peel and cutter on all the pizzas. When asked, they didn’t know if the dressing was GF or not. Pizzas are fine if you don’t have any dietary restrictions.

So the pizzas are great. So good. The service is BAAAAAAAD. So bad! If you order from uber eats, your order will 100% of the time be ~20 mins later than the app says it will be. The people there really don’t care either, so the service is so bad. I’m not sure if it correlates to the bad service, but most of the people working here are super young. Maybe one adult working daily would improve the service.

Gluten free pizza is awesome, just be prepared to order 2 hours in advance. Do NOT believe the time estimate on the website, the owner tends to make huge orders right around dinner time leading to 1hr + delays in getting your pizza ( I ordered at 5:45, pickup is still not ready at 7:12 as I am writing this. The online estimate said 6:18 for pickup time…) this is not the first time this has happened to me…
