Dropped our pizza on floor. Left mess our entire stay. Cussing of employees. None of them seemed to care about service. Pasta frozen in bag…employee yelling that as he banged it on table. Once served it was inedible. Forgot food until almost leaving. Would not recommend ever!

Bellacino’s food is pretty good but the service varies greatly between employees. I don’t expect five star service from Bellacino’s, but they always hit you up for tips after you fill your own drinks and they simply plop your food down and disappear for good. And check out the attached pic of their front door. The door is always filthy with food residue and finger prints. In fact, it’s harder to see in the pic, but there’s some sort of splattered sauce and a hand print the size of sasquatch on it. It’s difficult to think the food prep area is any cleaner if they don’t even clean the surfaces right in customer’s faces. What a drag. Bellacino’s used to be a lot better. God only knows what sort of amoebas and spirochaetes await you now.

Good food, a little slow on the service but you know it happens. It does have a nice atmosphere to it. Their pizzas are pretty good, I wish they had a whole strips of bacon instead of bacon bits( the real bacon). The place holds about 30 people so it’s not the biggest place but most people get their stuff to go.

A friend recommended this place for the great food and the food did taste great. I’m a fan of deep dish pizza, but this was very good for a thinner style pizza.
So why the three star rating? Unfortunately, I found 3 hairs in my pizza- one in the crust, 2 in the cheese. Not a great experience.
We also asked for water and after a back and forth, I was charged for a bottle of water even though we were using the fountain. I did see the charge prior to paying, but I was just ready to be done and $2.xx wasn’t enough for me to discuss the order further. Because of that, I was planning to leave this portion out of my review, but I noticed that quite a few others have required payment adjustments, so it seems like a trend and worth mentioning.

Store was not very clean and the employees were very slow and acted like they didn’t know how to do their job. The girl taking our order asked what kind of sauce we wanted with our bread sticks and I asked what kind they had she ignored me and gave us our total. I would understand if she didn’t hear me ask but she asked what sauce and I never gave her an answer! The pizza was very average but the garlic sticks were amazing. I would come back for just the garlic sticks.

I ordered the turkey grinder, so yum if you like warm sandwiches. It has been years since I had one and it hit the spot. I typically have their pizza which is also amazing. I also got their flavored tea. It was very good.
