This pizza joint is located within the mini outlet mall. The outside area feels clean and inviting. As you enter the pizzeria, you are greeted with a decent amount of space for seating. You must walk to the very back, to place your order. Then be seated and wait. It’s a more do-it-yourself atmosphere. This brings me to an issue, you pay for your food after you order, which asked for gratuity before service has even started. They eventually bring your food to you. But no silverware. Not bringing your drinks. Or coming to the table to place the order. The staff was friendly, the food was great, and it was very hot. And taste even better. Just make sure you bring cash for your tip. And press no tip at purchase. Until you’re ready to leave.

It has been years since I ate here, so we decided to give it a try. There was a slight issue with my order, but it wasn’t really anyone’s fault. It was the preparer’s first time making the grinder I ordered and he went by the description in front of him. We chocked it up to a learning experience, the owner apologized and replaced my sandwich (which was delicious), and we left very full and very satisfied with the whole experience. You really couldn’t ask for a nicer staff

I crave Bellacinos every so often and they never disappoint me when I randomly stop in. The staff is always welcoming and my sandwich always hits the spot. I always ask for it to go but I usually eat half my sandwich there. I can always find a clean table by the window which is my favorite spot. The smell of the whole place gets my mouth watering and I enjoy it every time.

Definitely won’t return to this location. Dirty dishes left out, dirty countertops and water leaking around the drink dispensers.
Ordered our food online ahead of our arrival, was told 30 minutes online, 8 minutes by the guy at the counter. We waited 50 minutes before it was brought out.
The “Alfredo” was legit only buttered noodles, cold, hard and dry. Couldn’t cut them with plastic knives. The personal pizza was burnt. Greek salad was fine, the only redeeming part.
I’ve had Bellacinos in other places and this is by far the worst one. Not worth the $40 or the wait.

I’ve been coming to Bellacino’s for a while now, and it’s always excellent. The grinders are my favorite — fresh, hot, and loaded every time. Their pizza hits the spot too, with the perfect crust and plenty of cheese. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like a regular. Definitely one of my go-to spots.

Stopped in for lunch after playing some golf while visiting some family. I’m from the Dayton, Ohio area. Food was excellent and the prices were great! The owner stopped by our table to check on everything and we chatted for a bit. Super friendly place with exceptional service. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area and want some great food. Well done!

I ordered a steak grinder online and added extra mushrooms. The employees claim it doesn’t come how the online website says. That I have to individually add the basic toppings that come on the sandwich. Yet at the bottom it shows an exclusion option for each topping. So they tell me I ordered it wrong and refuse to remake it. Then tell me they’ll just cook the onions and green peppers halfway. Well they did not cook them at all. They’re raw as you can see in the picture. They also didn’t add mayo to it, I had to at my house. The bread is dry and crunchy like burnt toast. When I worked there 12 years with the new owner Richard the food was not disgusting like this. Very disappointed because I know how easy it is to make the sandwich from personal experience. The staff acted like I was annoying for explaining to them how the online menu was setup. They refuse to believe it was not my fault, and was just trying to get rid of me. Now I’ve paid $20 for nasty food I can barely chew.
