New customer here. Called in our order for pickup and had friendly service. Saw the hype on reviews and wanted to try it out. We were looking for a steak sub and decided to add a small cheese to see what it was like. The pizza was solid. Chewy crust and well balanced flavors and ratios. The Chicago Steak grinder (18” for $14) was pretty bad. The meat was skimpy and strange looking. The onions and mushrooms were very few and it seemed like no cheese was present. The description says it has their garlic spread on it but we barely tasted it. I had to add Mayo and it was still not good. Overall, go for the pizza, I guess. Unless it was just a “bad day” for steak grinders? Don’t think I will give that another chance.

I have been going to this location for years! Lately I’ve been dissatisfied! I bought two grinders last night 12/30/2022 about 8pm, ham and cheese and the Italian grinder. Both grinder were skimpy on everything! More bread than anything! I have never had a problem but I’ve noticed service is better during the day time hours. The evening and weekend has been terrible. As being my favorite sub shop, I may have to just get subway which I don’t care for but your grinders has diminished to subway quality! I would give all zero stars but it does not allow it!

We are used to Bella chinos in South Carolina and love the food. While in Richmond, Virginia, I thought I would try Bellacinos for dinner. What a big mistake. The steak and cheese grinder had hardly no steak on it. Very disappointed! I have been to this one before, and it was very good as the one in Columbia is. I believe it must have been taken over by different management . It was take out so I couldn’t express my major dissatisfaction.
