After visiting the Tuscany region of Italy several times, we were hooked. We decided to open a restaurant here in St. Pete and bring a little of Tuscany back with us.

Lovely dinner after a hot day at the pride parade. Squeezed into a spot at the bar, they were crazy busy! Service was great, food was fast and delicious. Some very good wines to choose from too. All in all, great experience in the heart of downtown St. Pete. We’ll definitely be back!

Semi-casual restaurant near the main strip of downtown St Pete. We had a group of people 10 and the waitress didn’t make a single mistake with the food or drinks. I wish they would leave a jug of water on the table, because it did seem to take a while to get my glass refilled so I had to pour some water into my glass from a friend’s. The goat cheese ravioli, wedge salad, mushroom pizza was all delicious.

My first taste of St. Pete was absolute perfection. We had just arrived in town for a weekend getaway and decided to try BellaBrava for dinner. We didn’t have a reservation, but were able to get seated quickly on the patio- I believe we had the best seat in the house, because the view of the palm-lined street in front of us was gorgeous and we got to partake of the lively atmosphere along the promenade. The food was delicious- I ordered salmon with asiago polenta and asparagus. It was excellently prepared and presented. I especially liked the crispy lemon butter capers on top. We ordered tiramisu for dessert and it was a large portion, enough for two people- also delicious and quite possibly the best I’ve ever had!

Food was pretty good. Mentioned in reservation notes we just got married and wanted a personable dinner. We had a perfect seat to the expo station/area. We felt a busy restaurant experience immediately with the lack of urgency and response by our waiter Matthew. He stopped by for the basics in the beginning and my pregnant wife got a mocktail but it sat on the table the entire night. Previously, I had good experiences with the food and service but tonight was the total opposite. Pasta was under cooked (al dente) which i was unprepared for but refused to send it back seeing how busy they were. Receiving the final bill took longer than expected. Might attempt to visit during lunch service but will not return again for dinner service.

Wonderful experience. Food was very tasty and service was top notch. I will be back to enjoy other foods. I had Pasta Brava. I did ask for no chicken just because I don’t care for chicken much. I also got extra sauce that came on the side. It was perfect for dipping the bread in too!

Place was great but definitely make reservations, if not seating outside will be your next option (not ideal for summer weather) Restaurant should invest in outdoor fans with mist to keep customers cool while dining outside.

We have been to Bella Brava a number of times and have had great meals, but last night topped it all! We sat at the bar and Sean and Tez waited on us. They were BY FAR the best, most knowledgeable bartenders we have ever experienced. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and not only did Sean pick out the best wine for us, but Tez also stepped it up with a twist on one of the menu items! An amazing dessert at the end, made our finding experience one of the BEST we have had; hands down! Thank you Sean and Tez! We’ll be back to see you soon!!!

This might be my fav restaurant in all of St Pete. They have a chicken cacciatore that is literally to die for. They pair it with polenta and I’m telling you, as a harsh Italian food critic, they do it PERFECTLY. The texture, the flavor, the sauce, the seasoning, 10/10. Vibe is typical for the area, prices too, but the food has proven to be out of this world. Good service also.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Happy hour sangria was perfect. Crostata was delightful, the bread on top was so pillowy and thin, pasta had so much flavor. Ravioli Genevese (sp?) was so creamy and cheesy and delicious. And the cannoli. Holy moly the cannoli. So good
