Always a really good meal and never too expensive.
Service is excellent, waiters and waitresses always really friendly and really good.
I had a problem with my food, for the first time and we have been a few times, and it was rectified very quickly.

Unbelievable Italian food at a very reasonable price. Always a treat whether dining in or a takeaway. The staff are always so warm and welcoming and the decor is fantastic – loads of football shirts and pictures of famous fans of Bella Vita. Can’t recommend highly enough.

We used the private function room for our Uncle who is moving back to Italy for a family dinner to say goodbye. Great food as always ,service and staff brilliant. The atmosphere was lovely and we had a great time. A big thank you to Debbie who dealt with the booking she was very helpful and organised. Well done Bella Vita my uncle had a lovely time . Very happy with this place and was recommended to go here by a restaurant owner in Portici Napoli – Food was wonderful and the house Trebbiano crisp and very drinkable. Hope to catch Mimmo the next time but excused as he was away watching our Scots boys help secure the league 🙂

I went with sister for a coffee and a bite to eat food was really nice there toasties are delicious there soup was okay it lacked some flavour but otherwise ok, They have a good menu, staff friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was nice everyone chatting a warm place to be out of the cold and good food.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we sat down, the service was unacceptably slow. We waited an unreasonably long time for a menu, even after calling the server multiple times. Each time we asked, we were just told to wait, with no explanation or sense of urgency.
When we finally managed to place our order, it was yet another struggle. Despite repeatedly trying to get the staff’s attention, they seemed more interested in anything but attending to us. The level of inattentiveness was frustrating and made the entire dining experience unpleasant.
Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. When the server came to clear our table, they accidentally knocked food onto my clothing—an incident that could have at least warranted an apology, but instead, it was brushed off as if nothing had happened.
As for the food, it was equally disappointing. The pasta was overcooked to the point of being mushy and completely lacking in texture or flavor. It was honestly one of the worst pasta dishes I’ve ever had, which is quite ironic for an Italian restaurant.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Between the dreadful service, careless staff, and subpar food, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better restaurants in the area—save your time and money and go somewhere else.
