Nice upscale Italian restaurant. Better than your average neighborhood Italian pizza restaurant. They serve upscale food with a nice upbeat bistro feel accompanied by a wicked bar and outside seating. Pro tip ask for the Happy hour menu which goes until 6PM and contains many premium dishes and drinks for under $10. Our experience: Our personal hosted waitress bartender Cynthia was engaging attentive and inspirational she knew the menu and glided us through our culinary adventures. She had great recommendations for wine and crafted a mean Arancia Rossa. I fully explored the Happy Hour menu, Caesar salad, Penne alla vodka and Lobster Ravioli which was the star of our experience. My wife a traditional Italian had the Bruschetta appetizer and the Spaghetti meatballs main dish. We even ordered a small pizza to go! This place offers a nice upbeat Italian bistro experience for everyone at every price point.

5/5 ambiance & service – Lovely setting with wonderful live music on Saturday night, which made our unplanned visit extra special. The staff were friendly and prompt throughout.

5/5 pasta – Perfectly cooked with a well-seasoned pesto sauce, easily the best we’ve had in a while. It reminded us so much of Italy! Great portion and value.

1/5 branzino – Two small, thin fillets for $37. The reheated vegetables were soggy, and the mashed potatoes were forgettable. Portion and value were very disappointing compared to the pasta.

We still like Bella Vita enough to come back, but next time we’ll stick with pasta.

Went around noon on a Sunday. Restaurant was completely empty besides the staff , my party & i. No complaints here. Didn’t really want a big meal so i ordered the Caesar salad (small). It was just enough, very filling & tasty Our waitress , Evelyn was friendly & attentive. This was my first visit to Bella Vita but not my last. Lovely place, nice ambiance. I look forward to trying dinner on my next visit.

We eat here pretty regularly. We found the place by accident from a company I was consulting with suggested this place. 1 year later I move to LV and this is the family’s favorite spot. My son had celiac disease and not only do they handle it well, the owner experiments with gluten free items and surprises us with them. Talk to Flavio ahead of time and try their gluten free meatballs. They aren’t on the menu and he doesn’t make them unless he knows we are wanting them. This place is just full of real caring people who happen to work and run a restaurant. The staff has almost no turnover which speaks volumes.

Excellent place for a delicious meal and prices are fair. Atmosphere is very nice with beautiful decor. The staff are professional and very kind. We had the Veal and the penne pasta in vodka red sauce and added shrimp. The shrimp were huge. The veal could have been just a little more tender but was very good! Our server was great. Highly recommend BELLA VITA. Great choice of beverages and desserts as well. Open until 9 PM and they do serve a complimentary appetizer as well as bread and oil with vinegar. It is was 83.40 for both of us to have a very nice dinner.

Bella Vita has reopened under new ownership and it’s absolutely amazing!!!
Wow! What a place. Excellent food !! Excellent service!! Delicious cocktails !!!
Bella Vita is truly one of a kind. They prepare everything fresh and you can taste the difference. The pasta is made from scratch, as is the pizza and every dish on the menu with very high quality, fresh ingredients.
Everything we ordered was delicious!
We absolutely love the menu , simple with popular Italian dishes and the prices are reasonable too!
We highly suggest Chicken Marsala, it was made to perfection, not too heavy and chicken was so tender, just delicious.
They have also a nice wine list and selection of drinks. We highly recommend them, especially cocktails were amazing.

The atmosphere is inviting and staff always friendly and welcoming. Server was well acquainted with dishes and drinks and extremely attentive and friendly. I love how the kitchen is open and you can see the chefs preparing your food. It was very clean and the lighting was perfect!
The restaurant is beautifully decorated with modern upscale decor and they have THE BEST outdoor seating area too.

Overall: The dining experience was awesome.
They have every Friday, Saturday and Sunday LIVE MUSIC, and the atmosphere is fantastic!
Also THE BEST HAPPY HOUR, definitely worth checking out this amazing restaurant!

We would recommend this place to everybody who likes true Italian food and we will definitely go again!!! Truly a local gem. Highly recommended!!!

We love the food and drinks here after several visits. The service has always been fast and attentive. Our only concern is the live performers. The volume is always too loud. Conversation is difficult when they are performing each time. Tonight’s volume was even louder than our previous visits. The table next to us commented when the si hers went on break that it was a relief.

The “new” Bella Vita has been open for some time and the kinks should have been ironed out by now but they are not. My review of the “Old” Bella Vita was glowing and deserved high praise. The new Bella Vita not so much. I had the happy hour meal tonight and I really wanted to have this restaurant succeed. It did not in so many ways. The ambience and furniture is the same but no updates and the seat actually had large cracks and was very uncomfortable to sit in. I asked the very friendly hostess what time happy hour was and she said it ended at 6 PM. The official Bella Vita website says 5:30 PM and 5 PM respectively??? I asked the owner. Flavio which is it? he said “6 PM.” and disregarded the website as if it was nothing. Strange.

There is no dedicated Server to my table and at one point I had 4 different people stopping by. One gentleman spoke very little english and misunderstood every request of mine. I asked another server why this man was waiting on tables and he said, “he is the busboy” with no further explanation. ANY fine dining restaurant has a dedicated Server for a station. The willingness to help out was apparent but led to nothing more than utter confusion. I asked the Busboy turned waiter for some soft butter. he of course returned with hard as brick butter. I asked another “Waiter” if he could oblige and he took the hard butter and had the kitchen staff microwave it. Disgusting restaurant practice. The bread and dipping sauce was served by yet another server and the dipping sauce was a deep puddle of oil with a few dots of balsamic vinegar. Have you ever tried dipping bread in that? Well. you get nothing but oil, big fail. The bread was razor thin and somewhat stale, another fail.

Ok, so I ordered the happy hour Fettuccine Bolognese and separate meatballs, (3.)
I asked the Server when the “Homemade” pasta was made and he said “sometime last night.” Hummm. The bolognese was uninspired and rather bland. The meatballs were very undercooked and mushy inside. I sent them back and didn’t want a 2nd try. I also had the traditional Caesar salad. Nothing remarkable except the lack of crisp lettuce. Also, I asked my Server if the portion size is smaller on the happy hour menu and he said; “yes” but it is ok. Note: *Most restaurants will have a small note on the happy hour menu stating a smaller portion is served. the owner said “That is normal.” I disagreed with him and used one of many examples where the portion size remains the same but the price is less at happy hour, (Yard house comes to mind.)

I sat down with the owner, Flavio and gave him the opportunity to respond to the criticism and
he simply said “many customers come back and our wine list is extensive.” Wasted opportunity to address glaring concerns. Hummm again.
No mention of the worn out seats remarks, no mention of the horrible dipping sauce, etc.
I understand that running and owning a restaurant is one of the hardest things to do in life, but if you are going to assume ownership of a restaurant with previously great street reviews then you need to up your game. Sadly Bella Vita is a fail this time around, a shell of the former establishment. Some reviews you will see are all 5 stars but some of those glowing reviews have a sense of normalcy when it comes to mediocre food and service. I can only hope Flavio and his team can make the improvements which are drastically need. I cannot recommend dining at Bella Vita.

We made the mistake of eating here on Valetines. Set a reservation for the patio at 7:15 and the were able to seat us early. But it took almost 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and I literally had to pull the host aside to get any type of service. We watched 4 other tables walk out on the patio because no one took care of them. Our food took almost 45 minutes, we finally ate and the food was decent… But we won’t be back.
