Very nice restaurant in a quiet setting overlooking a small lake. They have outdoor seating on a deck and a patio. The person serving us was extremely polite. The food was delicious, with generous portions and reasonably priced. We ordered from the lunch menu – cream of mushroom soup, the shrimp appetizer, stuffed salmon and chicken entree and they were all very good. The views of the lake were relaxing.

Very nice with views of the lake, although this time it was frozen with a lone skater when we first got there. Food was exceptional as the first visit. Clams casino appetizer was very good and our entrees were equally fantastic. Looking forward to returning during the warmer weather for the outdoor dining area.

We have been visiting Jefferson from South Miami for New Year holidays, on Jan 1st when everything else was closed, we were pleased to find this cozy place on the lake with authentic Italian feel to it, probably family owned, we were genuinely impressed with attentiveness of the servers, generous prices for prefix menu and amount of delicious food, I would say if something it was too much but we took leftovers home to enjoy. Lake view was very nice and music perfect for brunch. We had clams oregano, shrimp scampi, salads, stuffed salmon, steak and veal Milanese. Overall great experience, if we will be in the area again would definitely come by again. Appetizers were exceptional. And a steak size meal can easily feed two personas

From the very beginning, the experience was offensive. We called ahead just half an hour before arriving, simply to ask if there were available tables. The man who answered was abrupt, dismissive, and couldn’t even manage a basic “hello.” It already felt wrong, but what happened at the door was worse.
When we arrived, an older man in wrinkled black t-shirt began shouting at us, saying we looked like “kids” and that my clothing was “inappropriate” (stylish white tank and jeans shorts). For the record, we are both adults in our early twenties, dressed in elegant, respectable clothing. Meanwhile, the person throwing insults at us looked far less presentable than any guest ever should.
The restaurant itself was completely empty — which makes perfect sense now. With this kind of behavior, no one in their right mind would want to sit down and eat here. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, no sense of hospitality at all.
This was not just poor service — it was aggressive, humiliating, and unacceptable. A restaurant that treats guests like this does not deserve to stay in business. Avoid at all costs

Found a place open on Christmas Day with great lake views. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and kind. They brought the right brand but wrong type of wine but I reviewed it and accepted, so I take fault for that. How they charged for dinner was a little funky. Each soda refill was charged separate, and instead of an up-charge from house to caeser salad, they charged full price for the caeser salad app. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
