I eat weekend brunch here atleast twice a month and the food is delicious, the front staff is always welcoming when I pick up! I don’t eat egg that are runny, but their eggs are good on this particular dish! The Tres leches cake with the coffee a the milky base taste great! Overall a great experience.

Stumbled into this little Nashville coffee spot and, buddy, it delivered. Ordered a hot coffee with cinnamon (can’t remember the fancy name, but I remember the taste), and it was flat-out excellent. Beautifully made, smelled like heaven, and tasted even better. You can tell they care about what they’re pouring. Prices were fair, not tourist-trap nonsense. Good coffee, good vibe, no attitude. If you’re in Nashville and need a proper cup that’ll make you slow down and nod in approval like an Alabama country boy, stop here. No regrets.

What a lovely surprise to find this welcoming coffee shop with great food and great coffee in Smyrna! Due to the ice storm this week, we were displaced and stayed at motel in Smyrna for five days. Bella Vista Coffee Shop was THE bright spot in a hard week. The staff/owners were so nice, coffee was fresh and hot, and the breakfast tacos and arepas were off-the-chain delicious. It’s also right off the interstate (Sam Ridley exit). Drive right by Starbucks to this awesome local spot!

We purchased a strawberry latte summer drink special, Loaded Tacos, Yuca Fries and two flavors of empanadas (chicken and mashed potatoes & queso). Food was very flavorful and the sauces served with each dish were unique and house-made – they really made the dishes more special. Items were made to order and served at the right temperature. Our favs were the mashed potato empanada (soooo yummy), yuca fries and the sauces!
You order at the counter where they have menus in both english and Spanish and then they will bring your order to your table. You bus your own tables, so we did find the table we wanted to used had to be wiped down. This was easy to do with a napkin and wasn’t a huge deal to us. The woman who took our order was friendly and efficient.
The vibe is relaxing and laid back. I loved the vibrant and interesting decor and giant wall mural! We also enjoyed and used several of the games they have available for patrons to play and read the local Smyrna book they had available where Bella Vista’s owner told the story behind her labor of love in opening the cafe and immigration to the US and making Middle Tennessee home.

I’ve had some pretty consistently positive experiences with this place, and everything on the menu tastes really good. It’s not often that a coffee shop has good food, but the lunch options here are as good as any food-based restaurant. One of my favorite places in Middle Tennessee for sure.

What a beautiful little cafe! The decor is top-notch, and the coffee itself? That said, the customer service wasn’t quite up felt a bit ignored at the counter’ or ‘didn’t get a warm welcome by the puerto rican girl ,I’m a huge fan of the product, so I’m hopeful the team can improve in costumer service and have a better attitude.

The prices are way too high. It was $20.08 for just a coffee and two tacos with a side of diced hash browns. The tacos were really delicious but the portions are so small. I really loved the green chile salsa they cane with. The hash browns were ok I think they needed more seasoning. The coffee wasn’t sweet enough to my liking at all even though I asked her to make it extra extra sweet. I really wish I could come here more often but the small food portions are not worth the high prices.

Go here now. Trust me. Get the tostada, absolutely trust me on this! Super friendly staff, incredibly tasty food, great menu. Don’t forget the Nutella brownie muffin cupcake thingy! You’re gonna love this place!

I really enjoyed my visit here and will be back. I had the chorizo burrito with plantain chips. It came out hot and fresh. I also got the sweater weather latte which is a seasonal drink. It consists of brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. It’s not a super sweet drink, but I loved the subtlety of it. The staff were also very kind, i definitely recommend!
