Food was excellent. Not crowded but it was Wednesday night. They bring out bread immediately and it was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The first loaf was cold in the middle like it had been frozen, however, as soon as my wife mentioned it our server (also the owner), she ordered us another loaf and when it came out, it has piping hot all the way through. We started with mozzarella sticks which were crisp snd hot, not greasy like some we have had, I believe there were 8 sticks, so plenty for us. The side salads which came with our entrée was large enough and we chose the Italian dressing which was good. I believe they make the dressing as well. My wife had the lasagna and she said it was delicious, large enough portion and again was served piping hot. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce, the portion was large enough, as a matter of fact both my wife and I ended up bringing home leftovers. I have to say it was the meatiest meat sauce I have ever had and instead of just being a little sauce put on the pasta, there was lots of sauce. That is how I like it, so I was very pleased. Since we had the appetizer and bread, we did not have room for dessert, but what I saw while I was there, leads me to believe it would b e excellent as well. We will definitely go back because there were several other dishes we want to check out.

Four of us decided to try Bella Vino & Cucina since we had never been. Our reservations were for 6 pm. We did not know there were a few flights of stairs we had to go up and their elevator had no lights inside so we took the stairs. First, the men ordered beers from the menu. None of them were in stock and we were told that was because the Mexican part of the restaurant that is downstairs took them all. All our orders came with a salad. Mine, and the other lady’s salad had to be returned because of the condition of the lettuce…brown and wilted. Then came our meals. The men ordered the same thing and the women also ordered the same meal. The men were okay but we could not eat ours. The eggplant parm was spicy and the pasta was dry. The waitress said since the cook is Mexican, his idea of spicy and ours are different. I will say the restaurant was not crowded. When we got there, only two tables were in use and one needed to be cleaned up. They left and we were alone. Would we return? Not at all. And that explains why there weren’t any other people there.

Horrible experience. Service VERY slow. Food decent but I take offense to the fact that the menu lists 2 tacos for a price or 2 enchiladas for a price, but no matter what kind of “filling” you order, there’s an extra charge. The menu listed 2 enchiladas for $18 – I ordered one with pork and pineapple and one with chicken and the two enchiladas came to $29. Ridiculous – very misleading prices on the menu. I wonder what kind of enchiladas could I have gotten for $18. Last time we’ll go there.

The sauce was amazing. I would compare it to my mother-in-law’s! What is really nice, is that you can order Italian from upstairs or Mexican from downstairs. Something for everyone! And our waitress deserves a 10. Her name was Cheyenne.

WARNING! This restaurant needs to close! I ordered food on Super Bowl Sunday via door dash. When I got to restaurant to pick the food up, the doors were locked. I banged on the door and a person answered. They said the owner closed very early today. I told them I had paid for the food via door dash and there was no indication that they were closed. Was told the owner did it. The owner was not around. I sent several emails and phone calls to owner with no response. Finally a manger answered me via email and said I have to deal with door dash. My credit card showed money went to Bella Vino. I finally called door dash today and they said up to 10 days to get refund. Owner of Bella Vino did not assist in this issue. Spent over an hour of my time on this.
I ordered once before from this restaurant and noticed that the Italian restaurant up stairs is empty. My order that day was wrong and had to wait to get corrected. Owner again was not around to complain to. Something really wrong when the owner is not present.
Only a matter of time before this closed because of poor ownership

Worst dining experience of my life. Food took 2 hours to come out and when it did the chicken was raw. All the pasta dishes had rock hard pasta. Prices are outrageous for the portion size. We sat down at 6:30 and did not leave until after 9:15. I feel bad for all the servers there. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not go to Bella Vino.

I understand that it’s a new restaurant and growing pains are typical. But our experience wasn’t great, and it will be a while before we try it again.

The pasta was super, super overcooked. Everything was soggy and very salty. The overall flavors were not amazing, but the homemade pasta itself is pretty good. We somehow ended up with extra (different from the main) “side pasta” for most of the dishes…that was odd, and the menu wasn’t totally logical.

Service was fairly slow and quite awkward. There were a number of faux pas, including passing a scalding hot, filled-to-the-brim dish directly over someone’s lap. Little things like that added up to a not-so-great experience.

Our ladies group went for dinner on a Monday night. 30 women and 1 person serving all of us. It took well over an hour for drinks. Our food came out over an hour and a half from start to finish. Terrible management. I liked it better downstairs where they at least had help
