I’ve ordered from this restaurant a total of four times and each and every time I’ve had minor bad experiences. This is my final time ordering from a restaurant that repeats your order back to you then deliver the complete opposite. I asked for American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise but that’s not what I got. I had to add the mayo and veggies myself and I hate the texture of mozzarella cheese so I could only eat half the sandwich . This time, I was in a rush and it was close that’s why I decided to try them one last time but it was definitely trash as always and the driver forgot my drink. Sadly, I gladly did not leave a tip. I’ve left 5$ and 10$ tips every time I ordered in the past since I don’t order much but they screw up on something so simple every time which makes me regret it and now I definitely did not regret it. Lesson learned!

If there was an option to put zero stars, I definitely will. How do I call in an order they tell me 15 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later and they haven’t even started making my food. This is nonsense. Definitely do not recommend ordering from here.

Having eaten what I ordered, I can safely say that it is the best comfort food I’ve had in the area! Every that uses heat to cook is primarily put inside the pizza ovens, giving it a nice crust be it toasting bread, fries, or even the pizzas themselves. The service was also great and I was given all the traditional sides to complement my sub and fries.

It’s unfortunate I’m writing this bad review rite now. Bella villa used to have really good food. They had one of the best grilled Cajun chicken salads and the food was always very fresh. Well I know they are under new management and the food I got tonight was terrible. I got a steak and cheese sub they didn’t even cut it in half and it was very poor ingredients tbh. The grilled Cajun chicken salad the chicken was old and hard almost rubber like!! Even the slice of pizza I had was decent but it was way better with the other owner. Also you used to get garlic knots with your salad not anymore. And this was my second try having them with new owners. The first time was many months back but I remember the salad being very mediocre that time as well. You lost a customer unfortunately.

The guy on duty as a manger was so rude. I asked for just a slice of pizza but I only had the amount that I had. He said he can help but then took it back because he compared me paying for weed which I don’t know where to get to buying a slice of pizza with the exact amount. No stars for me. Awful

Place is great. One of the most underrated pizza places I’ve ever been to. I ordered two big group orders there now and was treated very well. The pizza was very good and the grilled chicken wrap was cooked perfectly. The owner is very friendly and kind. Cannot believe i had never heard of this place after I tried it the first time.
