We had a great meal at Bella Sol Bistro in Lindsborg, KS! My wife had the chicken fried steak, and she loved it. I tried the chicken and waffles, and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area! We can’t wait to come back!

If you go to Lindsborg and need a place to eat lunch, I HIGHLY recommend Bella Sol Bistro. I ordered the birria tacos with mac and cheese as a side. WOW! Some of the best birria tacos I’ve ever had! We ordered chicken tenders and chicken fried steak during our visit there. Food was delicious! The only reason I give it four stores was because the mashed potatoes on the chicken fried steak was pretty salty but I’m sure that was a one-off. Everything else was fantastic! Sweet little gem in Lindsborg.

Lunch was wonderful! I ordered the Half Monte Cristo with Raspberry Chipotle dipping sauce and side salad with lingonberry vinaigrette, husband had chicken tenders and French fries (both hand cut and lightly breaded and seasoned) while granddaughter went with the luncheon burger and onion rings. Pic of chicken tenders only shows about half of what came with the order. Each of us took at least half of our meal home for another meal. Prices were great too!

We had the Special which was the Chicken Chimichanga and a salad! The Chimichanga was probably the best I have every had! Excellent! The salad was so good also. Rodney the Owner was amazing! We’ll be back soon! We were also told by 2 college students that they eat there a lot and the food is always great! Thank you Rodney for your great service!

This place was a diamond in the rough. Well worth the slight detour from the Highway. The food was much better than I would have expected for such a small town. The staff was great and their craft brew was quite tasty. I was disappointed they were out of Monte Cristo but the Chicken Fried Steak made up for it, the mashed potatoes were outstanding too.

They kept the MonteCristo and if anything it’s a touch better than ever. The Asian Crispy Pork belly (peanut sauce) is sooooo great on EveryThing ! Also get the lingonberry vinaigrette on the salad.
