Absolutely fantastic each and every time. Staff is friendly and service excellent. Their rolls are freshly made and seasoned with garlic and cheese. Everything served piping hot. This is so much better then Olive Garden. If I could rate this 10 stars I would because in my opinion it is excellent.

I have been everywhere all through Jasper and this Italian Restaurant is where its at!! The music and the Staff are just wonderful. Its a warm atmosphere that’s very relaxed and everyone is so nice. I feel at home here. I know your wondering why haven’t I said anything about the Italian cuisine so here it is. This place hits every flavorful note there is. I am blown away by how good everything is. I have been everywhere and this restaurant is where its at and I will go out of my way to eat here. I will go out of my way to come to Jasper Texas for Bella Sera.

This place is authentic and the staff are very welcoming. I’m very skeptical of Italian restaurants, so many just pour sauce from cans and boil dry store bought pasta. The food was fresh and the sauce was excellent. The Tiramisu is excellent, you should really try this desert.

I had dinner with a friend food was awesome had the trio special in a Italian bowl staff was perfect including the soccer player. The young lady who served us was totally amazing and beautiful too. In all if I was still driving this place is better than most olive gardens I been to. Five of Five stars.

Amazing, such friendly staff. Europeans that have lived in Italy. The food is great, I went for lunch and the special is $6.50. I had a large baked pasta, large bread and a salad (try the house dressing – fantastic). So much good quality food, very inexpensive, great service, friendly atmosphere, family run – I definately recommended this restaurant!

Amazing Alfredo Sauce!! We stopped here on our way home to NC. Now I wish I would have asked for some of their Sauce “to go.” By far the BEST I’ve ever had! Small, family owned, with great service. Just my kind of place! I hope to come back again someday! If ever I’m in the area, it’s a guarantee!!!

I ordered the Chicken Madomia, a local winner of “the best” cuisine, according to the waitress. It had a creamy sauce, with a flavor of a little clam juice and garlic, on top of a bed of noodles. It was excellent, to say the least! Just fantastic.
The bread was a knotted homemade buttery garlic bread. Excellent!
The salad was very good.
And, the Canolli was wonderful, though a little pricey, at 5.99 apiece.
Everything else was reasonably priced.
All in all, I would love to return, any time.

Food is great and what a fun place to be at. Love the staff and they go out of their way to give great food and great service. I would say it’s like home but I wish I had that much fun at home. Great place to run into every one you know. Just won best food in jasper at the taste of jasper. Congratulations.

My mother and I decided to try this out for the first time today, and OH MY GOSH. What a GEM! The food was the best Italian I’d ever eaten, and the waitress was fantastic. Easily 5/5 stars. We will most certainly eat here again.
