I absolutely loved it. This restaurant serves authentic Indian food.
I ordered a vegetarian thali and chicken tikka masala from the lunch menu.

Please visit because the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Thanks for the delicious meal.

We had Chicken Tikka Masala, Matar Paneer, Garlic Naan and Desi Chai (you can find these on the menu). Everything was delicious, and the service they provided was impeccable too.

The interiors are cozy and quite inviting with the decorations and overall ambience. Highly recommended!

The dish-ware was dirty, the glasses had lipstick stains on it. The water brought to the table had weirdly looking things inside it. When we asked for a service change the attitude that we got was very rude. The quality of the food was terrible. Worst Indian food ever. The amount of meat in the dishes were less. Wouldn’t advise it to anyone. The place doesn’t have fresh air. Our clothes literally smell like we were there in the kitchen cooking the food. Never again.

The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The restaurant manager is very nice, courteous and helpful. He payes always attention to his guest. The dishes are fragrant, tasty and well cared for. The food is very good and so are the drinks. It has been a joy to spend our evening in this place. Surely I suggest it!

I visited this restaurant hoping for some authentic Indian food. A lady and a gentleman at the restaurant came to enquire what we would like to have. I ordered a samosa. The gentleman kindly suggested having it with chole, which sounded interesting, so I agreed. However, the lady at the counter, who was present during the conversation, seemed to have missed it. She responded very rudely, saying, “We do not offer chole with samosa. Sorry!” It was an awkward and embarrassing moment for no fault of mine.

When the samosa arrived, it was served with sauce, and the filling tasted stale. A colleague who shared it also felt unwell shortly after. Overall, the experience was disappointing — both in terms of customer service and food quality.

Very disappointing experience at Bella Santi. We had a reservation through The Fork, which clearly mentioned a 30% discount with no note whatsoever about a minimum spend. Upon arrival, the staff insisted that we had to spend a minimum of €40 to receive the discount. When we showed our booking confirmation, they tried to justify it by saying the website mentioned an “average price” of €22 per person — which is not the same thing.

The attitude was rude and dismissive, and we felt very unwelcome. We decided to leave because of the poor service and unprofessional behavior. Definitely not the experience we expected, and we won’t be returning.

Very nice food and staff. I went for a Bhuna, on the menu it was lamb but they made it chicken at my request, and a Bombay aloo. Both were very nice. My wife had a paneer curry and paneer naan bread.

They do also do some Italian dishes, which is strange for an Indian but this doesn’t impact their Indian dishes.

My pani puri craving brought me here 🙂 Dined here twice now and both times we were very satisfied with what we ordered. They offered us mango lassi or grappa on the house and we of course we couldnt say no!
