This gem, outside of town is amazing. We always end up ordering from here while in town. The pizza is excellent and the sandwiches are great. This is a hidden gem that I would recommend everyone in the area of Downingtown / Coatesville should try. Delivery is super quick BTW.

We ate here during a glamping trip. We ordered a cheesesteak sandwich, eggplant parmesan hoagie and french fries. We were not expecting much because it looked like any other pizza joint but what we got was very good. It’s very hard to get a good eggplant parmesan anywhere these days but we took a chance. Usually it’s made with frozen breaded eggplant patties. Which doesn’t make sense because you already have the hoagie roll. This eggplant was not breaded. Don’t know if it was prepared ahead of time but honestly pretty darn good. The cheesesteak was very good. It was prepared fresh to order. The steak was tender. The bread for the hoagie was crisp and fresh. The cheese and sauce was of a good quality. The french fries were made to order and very crispy. The staff were friendly. The place was clean.

The food was okay, the cheesesteaks would be much better if they seasoned the meat and toasted the bread a bit. I loved the fries and the cannoli!
The staff was very nice especially the two girls that work at the register. It’s a clean restaurant but could probably use some updating. The liked outdated and the layout doesn’t really make sense.
I’d definitely like to try some other items but again I’ll still say pass on the cheesesteaks.

Very nice local pizzeria and subs. Quick service, online order was ready shortly after we drove here. Pizza and garlic knots were good, my son like the spaghetti.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced and the variety of available choices is incredible considering the size of the restaurant. My only negative is twice my pick up order was incomplete. Once a tuna salad did not have tuna on it and a seafood special did not include the side salad and garlic bread.

The service and quality of this place have gone down over the last few years. They used to have amazing pizzas, steaks and chicken fingers. Now it’s soggy fries and sub-par pizza that’s not worth the gas to drive there. I kept thinking, it will be better next time, but tonight broke my will to return. We received a pizza that was unedible. Needless to say, don’t waste your time. There are many other pizza places in the area.

We love this place, 2 to 3 times a week kinda love. The Pizza is as close to NYC as you can get without going to NYC, Thin&Crispy (we usually just get a cheese pie). Cheese sticks, battered and 2 thumbs up. The BELLA ROSA fries are a gift from the junk food Gods(always get these),its also the name of our dog and the name of the wine we drank at our wedding). Cheesesteaks and Chicken Cheesesteaks are also spot on! In the city we get our Hoagies from the deli(best in NE Philly) here we get them from BELLA ROSA, The Italian and The Ham and Cheese are our favorites, but try them all before you make your decision. And DO NOT FORGET THE CANNOLI!, VERY DELICIOUS! Eat in, take out or delivery, you will not be disappointed with #BELLAROSA #kulinarymafia approved !!!
