I went here for the first time I’ve been wanting to visit for a while now. Locally there’s not to many pizza joints I enjoy. I ordered online, wasn’t sure how to order what I really wanted but asked once I arrived to the store . They were very friendly young high energy staff members. Looks like they’re busy with the amount of people they had working . Food was pretty good. Wings were cooked exactly they way we wanted cheese pizza garlic knots on point. I had a Sicilian pie. I would’ve preferred the cheese looking like the pie, but that’s a personal preference . Overall I’d go again to try other menu items

I’ve been ordering from this Sicilian Italian pizza place for several years, and the progress they’ve made over time is truly noticeable. Every year they keep improving, and it really shows in the quality of the food and the service.
The pizzas are absolutely divine — authentic Sicilian style with incredible flavor, perfectly baked dough, and fresh ingredients. The cannoli are outstanding, filled with real ricotta, creamy and not overly sweet, just the way they’re supposed to be.
Even though this place is always busy, the service is fast, efficient, and well organized. There’s constantly a high volume of orders, especially delivery, which says a lot about how popular and trusted this spot is. Despite the rush, orders are accurate, well packaged, and always ready on time for pick-up.
The staff is extremely friendly and kind, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. Communication is clear, and they always make the pick-up experience smooth and pleasant.
The food is consistently delicious, portions are generous, and the quality never disappoints. Whether you order delivery or pick it up yourself, everything arrives hot, fresh, and full of authentic Italian flavor.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for real Sicilian pizza, authentic cannoli, and reliable pick-up and delivery service. This place keeps getting better, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots.

Bella Roma in St. Cloud is the real deal. We ordered the Francesca, Margherita, BBQ Chicken, and Buffalo Chicken pizzas — and they smelled so incredible we couldn’t even wait to get home. We ate them right there in the parking lot.
Every single pie had the perfect crisp on the bottom — not soggy, not floppy, just that ideal crunch when you fold a slice. The Francesca was loaded and flavorful, the Margherita was fresh and balanced, the BBQ Chicken had the right sweet-smoky kick, and the Buffalo Chicken had just enough heat without overpowering everything else.
I’m from Chicago, so I don’t throw pizza compliments around lightly — but this place earns it. The quality is there. The flavor is there. The texture is there.
And Ruth? So sweet and accommodating. She made the whole experience even better.
This is officially my new favorite pizza spot. If you’re in St. Cloud, don’t think twice — just go.

The best pizza! Literally. So fresh and full of flavor. I keep saying they need to open a Kissimmee location! Lol I normally get the thin crust meat lovers add green olives but my husband likes pineapple so he substitutes green olives for pineapple on his half. They don’t skimp on the toppings and that’s what makes this place great! Highly recommend ordering from here if you haven’t yet. You won’t regret it.

The customer service is always excellent. This evening Ruth was at the counter, the area was full of people, some more demanding than others. Ruth conducted herself with poise and professionalism. When talking with her, she was comical and a joy to speak with. Ruth is what every fast paced, high demanding front line facing employee should be. That kind of employee is what makes the food even more delicious. That’s why I will continue to make Bella Roma my family’s Italian food location!

Tried Bella Roma because I am new to the area and was highly disappointed. First the large pepperoni pie and shrimp fettuccine alfredo was $48.00 and this is very expensive for pasta and pizza so you’d think it would be amazing but sadly it was definitely not. The pie was tough dry and overcooked. The pepperoni tasted off it had a funky aftertaste and was not fresh. The shrimp fettuccine alfredo had 5 shrimp with watery flavorless sauce. The pasta was rubbery and all stuck together. This was not what I was expecting for a place stating they were voted best in St. Cloud. The staff seemed more concerned about socializing versus giving quality food. And again $48.00 for 5 shrimp in some flavorless sauce with rubbery noodles and dry tough overcooked pizza with possible spoiled pepperoni was robbery. Will not be giving them another shot. Save your money go somewhere else.

Delicious! Best pizza in town! I ordered online. The only thing I think could be better would be to add all the drink options available when ordering online. I ordered Cherry Coke because there wasn’t many options. They called and told me they were out. And offered better options (Coke Zero) that are available in store. I prefered the Coke Zero anyway.

Pizza is really good!! We ask for our pizza to be extra crispy or well done and it’s delicious. We’ve also tried the chicken parm, mozzarella sticks and the turkey bacon BLT.
