Ordered from here tonight as I have many times before. Had issues before with the food but I thought id try again and same issues as before. Garlic bread swimming in grease couldn’t eat it pasta itself was lovely but the sauce was a salt overload! Halloumi was cold and majority of the pasta dish was cheese but I suppose this is to make it seem as if you’re getting a bigger portion maybe? Churros also swimming in grease all undercooked and cold had to heat everything up got a notification that food was on its way at 8:15 didn’t arrive till 20 to?? I live 5 mins away. Overall it’s overpriced for the quality of the food. In my opinion take your money somewhere else if you want authentic Italian food

Used a few times previously and always been good. Fast delivery if wanting just alcohol 🙂 but this time I ordered donner meat too but was so hard and dry as you can see. Rang to complain, they sent another out but still was not good.

Just eaten from here. We ate inside. The food was fantastic, the marmaris kebab was beautiful and plenty of chicken . We also had the donner kebab, wings and sides. I am shocked about the previous reviews. The food was amazing, staff polite, fresh salad and quality containers used.

The food from here is usually great but not tonight. We ordered 3x burgers and a kebab, the burgers were hot and tasty but the kebab and all the fries that came with the burgers were cold…quite disappointing

Me and my boyfriend ordered food. We always order from here but today was different. The delivery driver was extremely rude on arrival, telling us off because of the name of our house??? The food had not been served as asked, I put a specific note on & they did not comply. It’s a good job it wasn’t a note about an allergy or let’s just say it could have been a lot worse seems as they didn’t bother to look at it. They forgot our 2 cans of pop, bare in mind these are £1.80 each when you can get the same thing for 65p in the shop. Order was also delayed/late. The only good thing about today’s food was the kebab meat and the girl who was on the phone, whom none of this review applies to and was extremely apologetic and polite. Personally I think she should find a better place to work as I am APPALLED at this service. I have worked in takeaways myself and have never once made as many mistakes as Bella Pizzeria did in this one order. 2/10, 1 point for the kebab and 1 for the lady on the phone. Please bare in mind we are extremely loyal customers, orders every/most weekends, and this takeaway has officially lost our loyalty. Disgraced, Dissatisfied, but more importantly, Disappointed.
