Order the steak pizza delivered waited 2 1/2 hours called said they thought it was pick up pizza arrived. It’s supposed to be a steak and cheese pizza and it was an onion and pepper pizza with hardly any steak probably a shot glass worth of steak chicken wings were supposed to be crispy. They weren’t everything was terrible. I wish I could give it a five stars below. Third time we ordered from there the food was terrible! I did not order a pepper and onion pizza I mean, get it together Someone has to monitor the food before it goes out! Crispy chicken wings like rubber….. Not good at the prices we pay I don’t care if they give you the food for free. No one wants to eat food like that..

Things have gone so downhill the last 2 years. 2 out the ten times we order we get a decent meal-and only the calzones-every other time it’s such a disappointment to spend so much money on sub par food. Pizza barely has cheese on it, wings are either soggy or drowning in sauce. A simple request of medium extra crispy can’t even be followed. We’re done giving them chances. Never ordering again.

Wife ordered small cheese pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a half BBQ chicken sub to go tonight.. she gets home the pizza is half cooked and the sub had the smallest shriveled looking tender I ever saw. . Maybe one chicken nugget piece of meat. Better of going to McDonald’s

Place has gone in the toilet. Order today at 10:00 AM for 11;30 pickup. Got there right on time, wings not ready. 13 minutes later, ready. No apology, nobody cares. Pizza cold as a result. Food quality not what it used to be. $87 order. I cannot believe we tolerate this crap in America. Poor quality, late and poor service. What a joke.

Bella is my favorite pizzeria! I love their medium chicken wings, boneless wings, and subs. The food always comes hot, fresh and tasty. They have plenty of seats inside and out. The breadsticks are also a great addition to any meal you are getting. Bella Pizza is a great local pizzeria in Buffalo to dine in or get take out!

We just recently received our order of a sheet pizza and bucket of wings. We specifically asked for no char on the bbq wings and they came completely charred. Basically inedible see pictures. Normally we love Bella but this wasn’t a good experience.
