Don’t spend your money here. I ordered 2 orders of garlic knots, cheesesteak and hoagie. This is one container that has 10 very burnt garlic knots in it. One order of 5 should go in one container. This is my tuna hoagie with about 2 tbsp of tuna on it and a black hair in the cheese. The cheesesteak also had black hair in it.
I called the restaurant and said yes, I let doordash know. We got a full refund. But, I wanted to tell the restaurant bc of how bad it was. I would for sure want to know if it was my restaurant. I spoke w a man who told me doordash will deal with it, I said I’m just calling bc mgmt should know what was allowed to be sent out. I asked to speak to mgmt and he said mgmt refused to speak with me. I said I can’t believe no one apologized. He did apologize after I said that and said he is just a guy who takes orders. However, I’ve never experienced an employee who doesn’t immediately apologize and offer to get a manager if someone calls about such poor food and safety quality and also tells me that they have a contract with doordash and I should not even be calling the restaurant. Pretty bold if not mgmt or the owner.
I’ve never written a bad review but, for mgmt to not care at all … they just want to take advantage and rip people off.

This pizza is a love letter to cheese. Perfectly melted, rich, and stretchy in all the right ways not greasy, not bland, just pure indulgence. Every bite had that ideal balance where the cheese actually leads instead of disappearing into the background. It blanketed the pizza like it knew exactly what it was doing. If you’re a cheese person, this is the kind of pizza that ruins lesser pizzas for you.

Decent food and good prices but actually no customer service. I ordered from them once over a month ago and the food took about three hours to arrive with an ETA of 45 minutes. I placed the order online an eventually called to see what was going on. I learned they do not answer their own phones but use an overseas call center to place orders that has no ability to contact the actual restaurant. I tried to connect to the restaurant over the next couple days and eventually got to someone who was helpful and said they’d give me a store credit for my $70 order.
A few weeks later I wanted to use the store credit but to do that I need to talk to the actual restaurant which is next to impossible to contact. I placed the order online with my own card and when it was delivered spoke to the driver and explained the situation who said they would issue a refund in exchange for the credit. This was on 1/11/26. After a few days without seeing the refund I called, you have to beg the call center to repeatedly try the restaurant to get connected to them. The person I spoke to there apologized and said my refund was on the way. Another week passes and nothing. I spoke to them again who said I needed to speak to the owner Corinna who was not there but would call me very soon, days later and no call or refund. This process has repeated itself multiple times until today an employee told me “there is no manager here, Corinna doesn’t come in anyone. I don’t know what you want me to do we can’t help you”
I’m going to let my credit card company handle it from here and do a charge back.
Decent food and prices but beware if there is any problem at all with your order you are out of luck.

Super disappointed with my recent experience. I have ordered from this pizza place before and always enjoyed it, which makes this even more frustrating. I placed an order two hours in advance so it would arrive fresh when my party guests were coming over, but the pizza arrived cold and clearly had been made far too early. It was not enjoyable to serve and honestly felt gross by the time it arrived. I contacted the restaurant immediately to explain the situation, but they declined to help or offer any resolution, which was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from here again.

Great thin crust pizza. Dough is tasty and crispy without asking for extra cook or well done. Cheese to sauce ratio is great. Good flavor. Customer service was 10/10. From the interaction on the phone to picking up. Restaurant is always clean. First time eating here as a customer, typically always do pick up with DD. Very satisfied and will be back. already told my friends if they want good thin crust pizza-BELLA NAPOLI!

I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. I don’t know what this is? It’s terrible. Greasy. It’s fine ground meat of some kind. Closest comparison I’d say is a sloppy joe maybe? Never again.why is this even something they would serve?

Three strikes and they’re out. Third time disappointment. Ordered an Italian hoagie with sweet peppers. I called up instead of ordering online. They charged me over $14 for the 12 inch Italian went online it says with the sweet peppers it was going to be $10. Got it Home there were no sweet peppers which they charge for and there were supposed to be three meats and it was mostly cheap Tavern ham and one slice of capicola. I threw half the hoagie away. Never going back again.

We live a mile away from this place and ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. It took an hour and a half to get it here and they couldn’t even bother to ring the doorbell on arrival, just threw the food on the doormat…I’m guessing because it was already cold anyway. Fortunately I was sitting next to the door waiting by that point so I heard the car drive away and I checked.
I tried to call and the person that answered sounded liked I was bothering her telling her my pizza showed up cold and 30 minutes late and the driver sucks.

Ordered food from this place before way before they were closed and they took the order. Repeated it back to me gave them the address to her to be delivered. An hour later, still wasn’t delivered. Understandable things are tight. People are busy after an hour and 20 minutes called back. And then was getting a run round from the manager and the workers and said that the delivery driver was running late. Food never came restaurant was closed at 2 call back. The next day to talk to a manager and basically was told that this is unbelievable. And that it didn’t happen, and that I was fabricating the story, which was it’s so not true, because what’s the point in doing that?All i’m saying is this place.Doesn’t have good business ethics.And it just is really horrible when you’re calling your customers or it would be customers liars.Yeah and then I got hung up on told, I was a liar, and then was never given the opportunity to really speak with somebody.It was just absolutely ridiculous.Be careful
